My husband found a pair of boots at a different location, but they didnt have his size. We visited the Chardon store there they did have his size, but at $10 more. They went as far as calling the other store to check their price (because they thought we were lying?). Sure enough, the other store did have the lower price. After all this, they say "we cant honor other store prices without a manager here". It was a complete run around where they could have simply said that in the first place, and I heard the young woman say "what the Ashtabula store has is not my problem". Well if you want to keep your customers, it is your problem. We WILL NOT be returning to this store because we felt they went out of their way TO BE RUDE.
