I give Ganley Ford accolades for the experience I had with them. I am no young puppy and like everyone else bought cars from other dealerships in the past. To be honest with you I was not looking forward to buying a car, much less a new one but I had to “Bite the Bullet!” I thought I had everything in order when I went in but found some stumbling points that I was unaware. Like not really knowing what I wanted and could afford. My sales person Paul really made me feel all right about it and was so patient that it surprised me. Eventually we found exactly what was right for me. Did I mention my wife? I was purchasing not just one vehicle but two! Yeah try it some time. Well once we got it all together, it was late I was tired and I am sure Paul was tired too. He drove one of the cars home for me and took my old jalopy with him, he even helped me remove all my stuff out of it. WOW! My wife was out of town so the next morning I telephone her and told her about the vehicle. Much to my surprise, we found that the driver seat did not have power adjustment, not a problem for me but for my wife having bad knees it was. She told me that I had no choice but to take it back, WHAT!? I got on the internet to find out what the consequences of that would be and found it was not good. It is up to the dealership on how they would treat you they could have thrown me out the door. BUT! That is not what happened, once again a very long night going back and forth with my wife and pictures over text until she was satisfied on what she seen, and then getting it into the cost variable of course, it was not an even trade. Not one complaint from anyone, complete understanding, I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS! In fact the only thing said was, "We want you and your wife to be happy with what you get". I can tell you this much I will definitely be buying my future vehicles from Ganley Ford! Thank you so much Paul and the rest of the staff for such a wonderful experience, my wife is happy and thanks you too.

I had an exceptionally positive experience at Ganley Ford from beginning to end. Buying a car has always been a highly unpleasant experience for me prior to my recent purchase at Ganley. The first thing that impressed about the dealership was the salesman, Ray. Ray began our interaction by asking me pointed questions about what features and benefits I was looking for in a vehicle. He was focused on helping me find the vehicle that best fit my needs and price range, not on selling me the most expensive vehicle on the lot. It felt like I was working with an assistant buyer; a knowledgeable and honest professional who was on my side of the table helping me find the car I wanted at the right price. As a sales professional myself, I view this as the hallmark of outstanding service. The financing of the transaction was also a breeze; easy, painless and swift. I generally take my vehicle to the dealership for oil changes and maintenance, and they are friendly, prompt and keep the car running and looking great. One particular instance stands out- I was leaving on a family trip on a Saturday and stopped by on Friday morning without an appointment. Being a holiday weekend, Im sure many others had the same idea. When the service manager Paul sensed that I was in a hurry, he sir, "let me get you a loaner for the day so you can get to work. Well have your Fusion ready for you to pick up tonight" I was blown away, Id expect this if there was a blown engine or something, but never when I just brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once again, they went above and beyond. I WILL DEFINITELY be back to purchase my next vehicle from Ganley!

Ive bought three cars from Tyler "Boobie" Smith and Ganley Ford over the last several years. I WILL NOT ever buy from another dealership. Ganley is different than any other buying experience Ive ever had. They treat you like family, and you can trust that the deal you receive from Tyler and Ganley Ford is the best deal out there. From the moment you arrive to the time you drive off the lot with your new vehicle, you are treated with respect and fantastic customer service. Tyler and the folks at Ganley make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of your new car, from the outside of the vehicle to the technology inside the vehicle. I never felt pressured to make a decision, despite the fact that I went back and forth between two different vehicles. I finally decided on a new 2013 Ford Edge. Once I made my decision, the finance process was quick and painless. At delivery, Tyler showed me all of the features of the new My Ford Touch. After that, he took me back through the service and parts department, introduced me to the managers of the department and set up my first oil change. If you want a comfortable car buying experience, where you dont get taken advantage of and are treated like family, Ganley Ford in Barberton is your dealership. I cant thank Tyler Smith and the staff at Ganley Ford enough!

Visited Ganley Ford of Norton in late March- by April 5, we had the vehicle of our choosing. Thanks to our sales person,Desmond, we had a wonderful car "buying" experience. He first approached us while we were window shopping and from there it was a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs as customers. He even went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle that we wanted and ensured that it was on-site within a day of locating it. We considered him to be trustworthy, of great integrity and strong character. What we liked the most is that he respected our busy schedules and was willing to offer high quality service throughout our entire experience. Moreover, he understood that we were not interested in standing around going through the elongated dealership "experience".. Desmond advocated for us-to ensure that his colleagues moved swiftly through the process and without pause. Weve owned everything from Jaguars to Lexus..and few Fords in between- and I must say that this is one of- if not the BEST experience weve ever had- thanks to Desmond. We have always bought our vehicles at Ganley Ford in Barberton, but at the time we were thinking of exploring the Expedition and Ganley Ford didnt have the style we were looking for. So we went over to Liberty Ford to test drive one that they had available. Everything started out great, but we decided that the Expedition wasnt the right vehicle for us and that is when the pressure started. Our salesman wasnt an issue initially, it was the finance guy that started getting a little pushy. What finally was the deciding factor for us to not do business with them, was when my husband told the salesman and the finance guy numerous times that the decision on the vehicle is his wifes decision and they still insisted on looking/talking/calling directly with him. The men over at Liberty Ford need to realize that this is the 21st century and a lot of wives, in the husband/wife relationship, make the financial decisions. The salesman further insulted me by ONLY making phone contact to my husband, even after my husband told him to call me. We will forever and always be loyal customers to Ganley Ford in Barberton.
