I am a disabled young black women who repeatedly asked him to make sure he put me in a reliable car. He assured it was a great car and I would have no problems. His son said they sell a lot of DTS all the time that his dad loves them and wouldnt put me in it if it was bad. Since I paid off a car from them before I trusted their word. However, I have now had the same bad experience as several of you. Like the young lady below this was not the first car I purchased from them. It is my second. I got a cadillac dts 2008 and it has had issues ever since I drove it off the lot. I went back thinking they were genuine people but yall are right about them, they are your bf until you purchase a bad car. It broke down on me several days after I purchased it. they did attempt to fix it but I have had to take the car to their shop more than I have had the chance to drive it in the past two months. So far they have had to put new engine, power steerring pump, water pump, starter, battery, axel, tranction control issue, fuel pump, fuel relay and just the other day my back doors started having trouble opening. I was so applauld because I make my payments on time and put my full deposit yet the father(owner) is trying to make me feel like it is all my fault, when clearly the car had all these issues when I purchased it. I just got off the phone with a consumer lawyer and I have reported them to BBB and Florida Hwy patrol/DMV cosumer commission. Whilr FL does not have a strong lemon law for cars earlier than 2011 the UCC commission does state all used cars must be fit for transportation or the dealer must honor and other things. You all can look up there is a list. I just hate the way I was talked to as though Im a sucker and broke the car. he said to me he was busy , "had other customers he was not replacing the car (that clearly has issues) and that he was not going to keep listen to me complain and say the same things over and over, what was I to expect from a 2008 used car" and then he hung up on me. I was so hurt because I thought they were nice. What I expected was for it to at least run good. No i didnt think it would be perfect but damn how many things should go wrong in not even a month. Please be buyers beware!!!!!

I bought my car I was told that I will only have to put $1000 down and 363 a month car note so I give $250 to hold the car. Then when I get back to the dealer 2 weeks later (with the other $750) I am told that I need 1500 down an car note will be $401 or I will lose my $250 that I put down. So I take the deal.. Within 30 days the widows stop going up an down. Then the car has a gas leak the dealer fix it $560 then not even 2 weeks later its leaking again then I take the car to Chevy dealership $784.92. Ive paid $2283.92 in less that 60 day. Then guess what they do they repo the car. The same day I make arrangements to another $401. Mean you this isnt the first car I have bought from them its my third. I was told by they repo on the first day your behind.. Dont go here please dont go here.. If you cant say I didnt warn you.

I bought 05 impala from them and its broke on third day. they refuse to fix it and told me if i not pay for car they will reposses it. Walter is the guy with 2 faces, he can make you think he is your best friend but the same time he is looking for a chance to get all money from you. Look on the cars they have on their location. ALL of them have problems. DO NOT deal with them.
