I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase, I will begin with the biggest problem Ive had. I was deciding between a brand new base model vehicle or a slightly used vehicle of the same model with the extras such as sync. I decided to go with the used so I can get the features for less than that of a brand new car. The same day I buy the car the sync system freezes, and the sales rep tells me he can fix it in the morning since it was late. I dont think much of it and bring it back in the morning the service fixes it, Im happy. A week later freezes again and I have to take it back. I have had this problem now since October 2011 and it still has not been resolved. I must have taken the car in 10 times, and the service departments excuse is just "its working now, nothing we can do" That doesnt solve the problem that when I drive down the road it crashes again. They refuse to do advanced troubleshooting or even offer to replace the system. So if you are buying a car for the media system avoid this place like the plaque (unless you like taking your car in every week). They would rave about the new updates, and say they are going to send out a usb with a fix, but after spending hours on the line with support for sync it was determined that I had the updates and the USB fix with for another system generation of sync. So frustrating Secondly, I was promised a second key since they only had one, after a month I finally got the key after calling back and stopping in three or four times (but at least I could get my sync fixed again while I was there) I got the key it didnt work, brought it back they "fixed it" at least the car started this time, but till this day almost six months later the remote buttons still do not work. The salesman quit or moved locations one week after I bought the car which was awful since I had so many problems and I was "promised" certain things. I put down $1000 cash and traded in a vehicle and they look up my available credit and tried to high pressure me into putting that money down too...What kind of ethics are those? I told them no and with out hesitation they still said my loan was approved...why high pressure like that? Bottom line, their value pricing is nice, but the over ownership experience you get with this is a nightmare. I think I would rather have a high school programmer or mechanic look at my media system or work on my car. Ive owned a Ford my entire life and sadly to say, this will be my last one, thanks for the experience Al spitzer ford. I cant wait to sell this car if I can now that it was a ton of maintenance records on the carfax from the sync breaking all the time.

This place was the absolute worst. I bought an F-150 there awhile back and made it clear to the salesman, Bob Knepper, that the whole reason I was buying a truck was to haul horses. Therefore, I needed a truck with a towing package. He told me it didnt matter if I liked one that didnt have one. They could go ahead and add one no problem. When I questioned him why the add-on price was MORE than what it was if it already came with the option, he told me it was because they had to recoup their labor... blah, blah, blah. Silly me for taking his word for it and assuming that I would be getting Ford Genuine parts along with the trailer brake controller (very important if youre hauling live animals) built into the dash and fully integrated into the towing system. When I came to pick up the truck a few days later, they had thrown on a cheap, bottom of the barrel trailer hitch and trailer brake controller. They even went so far as to send it over to Camper City for install rather than doing it themselves. I also noticed well after the fact that they had drilled a hole through the fire wall to connect it to a power source. I pushed back, but at the end of the day, he said, "You asked for a hitch and trailer brake controller and we gave you a hitch and brake controller." I knew at that point I had just been royally screwed on my first ever new vehicle purchase. Ultimately, I was at least able to talk them into giving me a higher end controller. Guess what. The stupid thing never worked. I think I must have taken it back three different times. Each time it was another tweak, but it honest to God NEVER worked. It ended up getting to the point where we ended up not even being able to use it to haul and we were stuck with a truck we were paying over $600/month for that we couldnt use for its intended purpose. I ultimately traded it in for a Fusion over at Klaben. Screw this place. I would never buy another vehicle from there if it was the last place on Earth.

The very worst car dealership in Summit County, Ohio ! Dont believe anything they tell you.. They play will you like real fool and a sucker ! The problems start when turned into any Spitzer dealership in Ohio or anywhere else they choose setup their con job(s) ! It doesnt what your looking for in service, new, pre-owned or used car. They wont fix it ever, they will tell you they did fix the problem and when you bring back, then tell you another flat out more lies again & charge again for another problem they created ! It just doesnt stop with these classic devils ! So to the future buyer(s) beware, dont stop by, dont fall for the false promises ads you will might see online or your TV, ever! Update.. 1/17/17 Go to somewhere else ! Well again, unless you like being treated like a real fool with lots of money & enjoying spending many months in court trying get your money back ! These are all facts, I know, Im still trying get restitution from a horrible six month old purchase ! It just doesnt stop ! Oh by the way, They are not BBB accredited if this might help in making a decision in what car dealer you deal with ! Sadly I did not prior my purchase ! I will never ever assume anything with any other business deal again !

The buying experience was great! Joe. was a great salesman. I would definitely buy from him again. Now the service department on the other hand is worthless. I bought my brand new fusion and wanted auto start put in. Made the appointment n came to my appointment. After sitting there for an hour the service guy comes out and says we dont have your part its for a focus and not a fusion. I will order it and call you when its in. Well I never got that call. The second time I needed touch up paint. Again they didnt have what I needed so they had to order it and again never got the call as promised. They dont deliver on what they say. Very disappointing. Youd think that they would like to make their customers happy. Well Ill be going to sarchione for my ford things now. Plus its closer to home. After speaking with the manager they made everything right. Im very pleased with the way they handled this situation to make it right. Thats the way to make customers happy. Im a very satisfied customer now. So easy today. Everything was ready when I got there just as promised. Thank you Al Spitzer team. Youve gained my trust back. P.S. I do love my car. I didnt say that before.
