I purchased my vehicle from this place. Loved my sales person but I hate the service department. I experienced an issue within 30 days of purchasing this vehicle and the Service Director tried to argue with my about fixing it. Someone else had to get involved in order for the service department to fix it. Fast forward to today, i scheduled an appointment last week to take my vehicle in today due to a loud knocking and oil consumption issue I have. I received a notice in the mail from GMC advising about this issue and to take my vehicle in if it applied. I didnt want to bring my vehicle to sims because of what happened last time. However I decided to give them another shot. I come in and give the sales advisor David Paul the letter I received from GMC and you could immediately see his facial expression change to annoyed. He goes and talks to Ron Cidor about the letter and I can hear the talking negatively about me. They try talking me out of having this issue fixed and tell me I had to pay then just to diagnose the problem. However my letter states diagnostics and repair are covered. He tells me no I had to pay for the diagnostics today. I tell them its all about money with you guys and both Ron and David proceed to speak to me ask if Im stupid. I can tell they dont want to be bothered with this issue and so I leave shaken and in tears because of the early they treated me. Ive contacted GMC and Im awaiting a response. This is not how you treat your customers and there shouldnt be an argument every time a person brings there vehicle in. No matter if its due to a service issue, recall or manufacturer issue!

We visited Sims Buick twice before deciding to purchase our vehicle. LaShaunda C. met us in the lot with great enthusiasm and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as the industry. The second time we were there giving this particular vehicle a twice over, we felt rushed by Dan as it was Friday evening and he admittedly disclosed the fact that he had a personal matter to attend to. I have to admit this almost blew the deal. We visited other dealerships thereafter and finally decided on the vehicle at Sims. Our decision was made based on the love for the vehicle, LaShaunda, and convenient location definitely not the "brush off" we received from Dan.

Our experience at Sims Buick was amazing! Prior to visiting Sims we visited a Ford dealership and felt very pressured by the sales employee, and thus we left and went to Sims. It was the best decision we made by going to Sims. Both Dan and Darah made the process extremely easy for us and we love the car. We even received a call that they had found a pair of sunglasses in the car we traded in and would hold on to them for us. Saved us from having to purchase another pair! We would highly recommend Sims Buick to our friends, family and colleagues!

I fully had the intention of buying from Sims until I spoke to a salesman over the phone. Without even asking what kind of down payment I had, he proceeded to tell me that the dealership had been busy because "people like me, who are using tax money, keep coming in" I was insulted and appalled. I work hard everyday and save my money and do not have to wait until tax time to buy a car. The salesman tried to laugh it off but it was at that moment that I knew I was not going to purchase from Sims Buick GMC.

Bob Wilbraham and the used car manager Dan Harris treated my wife and I very well on our recent purchase of a CPO Tahoe. Cant recommend this dealer enough - a very personable, friendly and low pressure vibe overall. Not only did we get the car we wanted at a fair price but Bob was very knowledgeable about the truck, other GMC, Buick and Chevrolet trucks and the industry as a whole (and hes great with the kids!). If you are in the market, make sure you check these guys out...you wont regret it!

Im only giving them 1 star because of their awesome customer service. As for the vehicle they financed me Im discouraged and really upset that I wasnt financed a worry free vehicle especially after only 5 months of use. Apparently the issue I am having with the vehicle is a 1200 dollar fix and I just feel played and screwed at best by this place.

Took my vehicle in for a recall and they seemed to be mad because I wasnt there to spend $ just get my car fixed. I waited up there and when the car was done they never even told me just had me sitting there until I walked up to ask, and they werent able to print out the paperwork and promised to mail it and over a month later nothing

I got my Terrain at Sims in Euclid. Its been a great car. I live a long way but Dave in the Service Department makes the trip worth while every time. The whole team is friendly, they always keep my car running in good condition, the entire facility is clean and the service waiting area is clean and friendly. I highly recommend.

Apologies for not responding to the survey earlier. I think the wait for an oil change was a little longer than I expected. Also,there is an annoying squeaking noise in the breaks? Not sure if its from the car wash or not but it persist when breaking, or pulling off from a stop. Customer service is always excellent!

Not only did the service department change the oil, remove a nail & fix the tire, and rotate the tires in a timely manner. They also fixed the problem with my backup camera. Then the service manager sat in the passenger seat and showed me how I can adjust the brightness on the camera. Excellent customer service!!!

I love my regal turbo. Craig Taylor was good. The service on my car was beyond great. I will recommend buick to anyone. The service department does care. You are not just another number. It was personal service. See u all next time. Im glad i purchased the tire service package too...

Dan and Darah plus the service team took good care of me. I got a great deal and great service. There was a shorted wire two weeks after I bought the car and they took care of the fix right away at no cost. I love my new Pontiac G6 convertible. Kids loved it too!

Service was completed on time and it cost less than we were quoted. We love Sims Buick/GMC and have purchased our last five vehicles there. We currently drive a Tarrain and a Sierra. The Service Dept. is outstanding.
