Cant say they did anything illegal, just very deceitful business practices and using the "hope they dont notice" practice towards the customer. I should have walked away when another irate customer was screaming and cursing with another employee who was also doing the same. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. WRONG! Do yourself a favor and save the time, money and headache and walk away. They told us things had been to the vehicle we purchased when we found out it had not been done. No paper was given to us upon leaving, the receipt didnt even have their business name on it. We drove a long way and wasted our time several times, they told us they would remove the nails in the tires and when we picked it up, they said they ran out of time and for us to take it down the road to their mechanic. They had it for 3days. They just told us what we wanted to hear. No paper work to back it up. Then they took exactly a month to get the tag paper work done, literally on the last day the temp tag expired I called the dmv and they gave me a number to report them if they did not comply....so I called the dealer back and conveniently for them, we could go pick it up, .....after a month of calling them every week about it, they make us pick it up on the last day. Didnt even call us. They could have mailed it and ask for payment over the phone...again just very poor business skills, unorganized and it will cause you a headache. We are crossing our fingers this vehicle will last us but it is stressing us out. Dont ignore all the red flags, they are real. They have several locations and also go by Affordable Auto Jax

The most shady dealership Ive ever seen. They sold me a truck an the motor blew on the way home. The owner said he would replace it at no cost an my warranty even covered it. When I tried to get a tag for the truck .That I fully paid off .They put a lean on the truck an said they wouldnt release it until I paid for the moter they installed for free.so I would advise anyone looking to buy from here to avoid this place. Their vehicles are junk an they will rip you off.i cant even get a title for my truck because of their scam an Ive been fighting with them for over three months over it an they still refuse to let me speak with the owner. . Ive never been so disrespected in my life. How can u say your going to make it right with me an fix something then go behind my back an ask for me to pay for something they offered to fix for free. Avoid this place at all costs so they dont pull this on anyone elese. This place does not deserve any business if this is how theyre going to do people. Im sure Im not the only one theyve done this too. Scam artists!!!! Im bringing in a lawyer an they have a lawsuit coming.

We bought a 04 Dodge Ram pickup from here on December 23, 2015. He fell in love with this truck from the get go. It had a few problems that needed to be fix like the rack and pinion, AC was not blowing, window switch on drivers side needed replaced. Before any paperwork was signed they agreed to fix these issues. Had we have known 5 months later they would still not have the parts in and be denying they said they would fix the stuff. We would have not put a $1000 down or taken the truck until the work was completed. We have called and left repeated messages with the owner and all he says is "I do not do monkey business". Well we are tired of being monkeyed around! We do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not keep their word and do not return phone calls. We hope that in the future that if someone does buy a vehicle from them that they do not leave the lot with it until all work is completed. Very Unsatisfied Customer

Took my 16 yr old son there for his 1st vehicle, after seeing my credit wasnt up to par, the sales guy wanted nothing do with us, left us in the parking lot as he disappeared after he told us he would be right back. Today I called about paying cash, because my son loved this truck, especially after the sales guy had my son excited by telling him he was gonna definitely put him in it. Anyway, when I called, a different sales rep answered and I heard him talk to the sales rep from yesterday, and he didnt even have the audacity to get on the phone. Very , very unprofessional, but hey, THEY LOSE out on $18,000 cash sale, and my son WINS on a awesome truck from another dealer, who showed interest & curtesy to customers. Wouldnt recommend Affordable to any one. They are big on lying & disrespectful. Gotta go now, going to go with my son to pick up his awesome truck !!! From a dealer that appreciates our business.

Please dont even stop. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. Should have paid more attention to the reviews posted here. Don Tomlin is the finance person here and Steve Templeton is the sales person . They will lie to you with a smile and take your money. I am working with the District attorney and the Dealer license board of Duval county. If you have a grievance with this dealership. Please come forward if only just to write a letter. Lets stop these vicious people from doing questionable business with your local friends and family. Write a review here and I will help you get your grievance to the right place to get results.

Scam scam scam! Absolutely dissatisfied almost half of my friends truck was paid off one car payment was a week late even thought we called them and told them we were gonna be late with the payment and they said ok no problem and they claimed that since the truck had damages they had to be fixed first and we had to pay upfront the amount to be fixed plus the car payment and 83 that supposedly was owed on the tag!? They repo the truck when legally by law you have to be 30 days late to repo a vehicle ! Save the trouble DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I drove by this dealership and stopped in because the looked like they had really nice cars here. Wasnt sure what I could afford and didnt have a huge down payment. The sales people and owner gave me several options, I ended up with a great 2006 chevy impala and financed it through them. My payment was good and the detail guy cleaned it up really nice for me. After going alot of places I am glad I stopped here and ended up with a great car

i brought a 2004 kia sorento in feburay. the car broke down about three weeks later. the people told me that the fuel pump had went bad. after about three months later the car broke down again come to find out the it was the fuel pump again and the wires were cut to over ride the situation. it is two week later and the fuel pump has gone bad again and said it was because the cut wires.
