I entered the business on Wednesday, April 20th with cash in-hand to make a payment. The clerk brought it to my attention that the insurance on the vehicle was expired. She asked if I knew about it and I told her that my husband handled the insurance, so I wasnt sure. I asked her if she wanted me to call my husband. She said that I didnt have to because she could simply call the insurance. I waited and watched her make the phone call from the window. After 5 minutes, she hung up and shuffled around the dealership looking for something or someone. She walked past me three times without speaking to me. I called my husband at that point because I had become nervous. He assured me that our insurance was valid. The woman came back to the window and FINALLY stated that the call shed made proved that I wasnt covered. My husband was on the phone so I relayed all of the information to him and he revealed that they called our PREVIOUS insurance carrier. I told her to wait a moment while I went to the car for the new insurance card. As I walked out, my car had been barricaded by a golf cart. I grabbed the insurance card and as I walked back up to the front door, a man three times my size TOLD me to give him my car keys. I told him that I needed to give the clerk the document and I walked past him. She took the card from me at the window and then disappeared to another room. Someone else was waiting to be served at the window, so I sat down in a chair in the waiting/lobby area. After a few minutes, the man from the door emerged and said, "We were not listed as lien holder on your insurance, so it is YOUR FAULT." With that, he threw my documentation at me and walked away. I was puzzled and then quickly angered by his words and actions. I stood up and told him that if my husband had been there, he wouldnt have treated me in such a way. This upset him and he started yelling at me in front of staff and other patrons that I hadnt fulfilled my contractual obligations. BUT I HAD!!! In my opinion, he was upset because he was WRONG! They treated me like a criminal, like I hadnt paid my car note, nor had insurance...and neither was the case. My husband had to come to my aid because NO ONE ELSE in the business (including the other three MEN that were standing with him) helped to bring the ordeal to an end. Instead of apologizing to rectify the matter, he threatened to have me "locked up" for "disturbing the peace"...yet he continued to yell at me and expected for me to just quietly walk away! I was simply talking to him at the same level that he spoke to me. I am a consumer and a customer at their establishment but I wasnt treated as such. If the woman behind the glass would have simply asked if I could possibly have other insurance (or even take me up on my offer to call my husband) instead of setting me up for the "repossession show," this could have been handled in a more orderly fashion. In all, IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY, but a refusal to simply communicate with the customer and blatant, ego-driven disrespect landed us there. I will NOT recommend or do any further business with this organization once this contract is fulfilled (and it will be VERY soon). I HAVE NEVER been more disrespected in my ENTIRE life!

I dont even know where to begin. On April 3rd we purchased a car. Paid cash for it. Cash for everything. Less then 2 weeks later the car started acting funny and we noticed a tapping noise. We immediately called them. They would not help. Said was on us we bought it. We parked the car. One day cranked it up that weekend and it was ticking horribly. We called them and they told us to have it towed on our money back to them. When we cranked car again it threw a rod. At 148k miles motor was done. It was towed to them. Where we was told almost 2 weeks later it needed a new motor. Again on our dime. So being we paid cash for car we had motor switched. And they told us it needed a new water pump and etc. Ok so for a new motor and a few other things we paid more for the motor and work then we paid for the car. On Tuesday we called not hearing from them in almost a months time and told us to pick it up thid past Friday and as we walked to car it was a mess outside and in. The plate on top of motor was not on period. The inside of car was dirty with grease. And crank car for the service engine light to be on. Really? Just paid you about 4 grand for new motor. Well today is Sunday. And on top of getting 13 mpg it is running hot. And when I parked it was smoking under hood. This place is a horrible experience. We was told to take car back to them in the morning. They would look at it more. Ok. I just want car fixed we paid cash and the motor blew in less then 2 weeks... The passenger side a.c. vents blow hot air. So a.c. NOT working properly. I am a lady. Im watching my husband look at it with friends and its a mess. I am so stressed Id at this point eat the dealer fees (we was NOT told about before buying it) and just eat a grand for the rest of my money. Cash I paid. And new motor paid for. They need to take car back and give us our money back. This car I just drove to pick him up from work. It started running hot. They looked there was no coolent in it. The job was not done properly. Its a lemon car. Im really needing to give title back and collect my money back. Ill let them have fees. Just fix our car or give me money back. Please ! There is so much more to this story. Im in tears. This has bout driven me crazy. They knew they sold us a bad car. They dont care they have my cash thousands. If anyone reads this and can help me. I need to stop ppl from buying autos from here. They are truly a bad company with awful vehicles.

Trust me, DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE...YOU MIGHT AS WELL FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET! The owner is arrogant and very unprofessional. My daughter bought a BMW from this place and within the third month and ever since we had to put out major bucks on repairs. I asked the salesman to sale my daughter a car that he would sell to his own mother sister or daughter and apparently that went unheeded as my daughter drove off in a piece of junk. When I called up Beach Blvd. Automotive to speak to the owner, he was rude and over-talked me and very unprofessional. A week later I called anonymously to their repair shop and pretended that I had a BMW that needed work and asked if they work on BMWs they said no they do not have the proper equipment to test or work on BMWs. I called the owner back and told asked him how the hell could they have checked out my daughters car before putting it on the lot if they didnt even have the proper equipment to run a test on it. Now I hear they have a lawsuit and a class-action suit against them and my daughter will be joining the suit. I am so glad that that arrogant SOB will get what he deserves for selling his junk cars then being nasty to people..I HOPE HE LOSES EVERYTHING! Update...I received a call from my daughter today. 6/27/14..her car broke down again. I asked the salemans Melvin to sell my daughter a car he would put his own mother, sister or daughter in and he still sold her a piece of junk. There should be a law against crooks like Charles King selling junk and then people are stuck with it. I hope someone goes in there and burns that place down with Charles King in it. Hes rude and nasty when you call to tell him about the issues youre having with the car you purchased from him. He is a money hungry, greedy unprofessional that needs to be sitting in a cell. IF YOU NEED A USED CAR AND YOU SEE BEACH BLVD AUTOMOTIVE KEEP DRIVING!!!!!!!
