I had been searching for a used Hyundai Sonata...pretty much all over the state of Florida. I finally found one at Key Auto and called to make sure it was available. I was directed into the professional care of Ms. Jane Cruz. We drove the car, she showed me every conceivable gadget and knob and feature and even some stuff I shook my head on in understanding, truthfully having no idea what she was talking about, and generally educated me on a Hyundai in general, and a Sonata in particular. Then we started talking price. And when it was all said and done, Jane worked with me to get me into not only a Sonata, but a brand new one for basically the same cost of the used one I had been considering...with all the perks of a brand new car! And there was no haggling, no pressure, just a, "hey...what about this option?" She put all my choices out, clearly, on paper and we discussed them together. Once I made my decision, the process was smooth and without any complications. Everyone I met along the way was helpful, enthusiastic and acted like I had just made their year by buying a car. Jane introduced me to everyone we walked past, wether it was the service manager, the sales manager, the business manager or the General Sales Manager. Jane was superb in her handling of my introduction to the Hyundai family. In fact, I quite felt like a super star! I have nothing but great things to say about the sales process. Jane was outstanding, we connected on many levels and I felt like I had made a new friend when I drove out of there in my brand new car. I would HIGHLY recommend Key Hyundai to anyone. I did not work with any other stores in their auto group (they have many dealerships) but I cant imagine that the experience would be any different at any of their other locations. Thank you Jane, and everyone at Key Hyundai, for making my purchase so easy and affordable and fun! And I LOVE my new car!!

I love love love love my new Verano!!! Let me start this comment by congratulating Key Buick to have been lucky enough to still have Bryan Brown retained as an employee for their company. I first met Bryan 20 years ago after getting out of the army; Bryan had sold my mom a Hyundai and she took me to meet Bryan in 1986. And over a span of time I bought 3 cars my mom at least 5 or 6 and even my sister bought 2 from Bryan. Mom passed away in 08 and Bryan has always expressed a sincere regret at our familys loss; mom loved Bryan:) I work as a manager and know first hand how important it is to develop relationships with your "regulars"; in my field they are 70% of my sales. Now I had been toying with leasing a Volkswagen and had spoken with a gentleman over at the dealership with the intention of going in Saturday. But as my mind turned and I thought to myself you should call Bryan, who I really do trust. I did and I am so glad I did. Not only was Bryan a joy in this process but magic happened with Steve Barranco your sales manager; he spotted me checking out the Buicks and pulled Bryan aside to share his insight that that car may be the better "fit" and thank heaven he did; and I appreciate that he took the time to congratulate me and shake my hand after completing the sale. I would also be remiss if I didnt give an honorable mention to Mike Neely who not only made the drudgery of the final paperwork go effortlessly, but I think he may could have a career in comedy:) Thanks, Mike you made it a fun time. In closing, I would again like thank to sincerely thank all of your team for making what is usually a stressful process a joy and I cant stop finding excuses to take a drive. Word of mouth is huge in our business and I am your best advocate if anybody ask where I got the car and who sold it to me. Sincerely, Raymond Bova

I have been shopping for two weeks for a car, visiting different dealers during this time. This was by far the worst experience out of all the dealerships. First they baited and switched by saying their Internet Price was $17,999 but with their Key Price our car was $15,999. Once I drove an hour to see them that the car was actually $19,999. We were informed that the "key" price was with approved credit even though the web site never mentioned that fact. The fact that the internet price was $17,999 was completely ignored. After taking the keys to our car so it could appraised, the sales woman pushed a piece of paper across her desk showing us our possible payments based on what down payment we could make. We asked her what interest rate she was basing the payments on and she said that depended on the interest rate we got from the lender. Then how can you show us payments? At this point I asked where my keys were. She said she left them in the office. Every dealer we visited had done this so I asked her to go get my keys. When she returned, we talked about the price of the car because I refused to talk about payments After we agreed on a number $1,308 more than what I was promised she ran a pre-approval. Five minutes from closing she comes in and tells us that we CANNOT go anywhere else because we have already pinged our credit so many times that we wont be able to get a loan. AND since we cant get a loan today we have to come back Monday. This is an outright lie! Pre-approvals are all lumped into one ping within a 14 day period and will take 3 - 5 points off. I had every intention of buying a car today but the sales tactics of Key Hyundai and the dishonesty in the price quoted made sure that didnt happen. Edit: 11/01/13 Received an apology from Key Hyundai. I just thought that was worth mentioning.

We had found the car we wanted online (I believe on Auto Trader) and even though it was not a very detailed posting, we knew we had to make a visit. Lets just be honest, going to a car dealership is one of those awful terrible things in life that you must do at some point or another. Let me just tell you, going to Key GMC Southside is unlike any other dealership Ive ever been to. My Husband and I had done so much research on how to handle "Car Salesmen" and from the moment we walked in the door that barrier wall we had build up in our minds came tumbling down. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and genuine. Bryan Brown helped us, we stated which car we were looking at and he brought it right up to the front where we could take a closer look. We went for a test drive and then it came down to negotiating. Even though there wasnt much to negotiate, I felt like Bryan had our best interest at heart and followed through with everything he had mentioned throughout looking at the vehicle, i.e. window tint referral, getting us new mats as well as ordering up some touch up paint. It was very comfortable buying a vehicle from this dealership, right down to the financing department. Mike Fox did a great job explaining all of our options with warranties, etc. I have to also say the restrooms were nice and clean. I know thats weird to say, but when you are entertaining a 5 month old buying a car and at the car dealership all day, the restroom is an important area. All in all, thanks for a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to send my closest friends and family to this dealership as well as contacting them for any future vehicles for my family. I hope their service department is just as a pleasure to deal with!
