This Kroger is usually great! I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my son, when I got there they were having some issues with their system being down because of a power outage. Very understandable and I could see why there would be some frustration going on. A lady name Linda who worked at the pick up counter was no help and very rude, does not work under pressure very well. I hope it was just a bad day for her and thats not routine attitude towards customers.

Worms in their seafood, meat department closes early, certain members of management unhelpful, bad selection of products and no one interested in special ordering things theyve discontinued offering. Worst Kroger Ive been to so far. Their carts have also cut open my toddler and my mothers hands to where theyre bleeding. Idk why but this kroger is consistently the most unpleasant one to shop at.

I was there again last night 7/20/17 I use this won often , Parking is easy to navigate they have the gas station if I need it , & I have the Kroger App on my phone which makes my shopping faster all tho this can be a little crowded they all are- I think this is less than others , I use the self checkers myself if I dont have much.

They are usually out a 4 or 5 things we are trying to buy (or more), on every visit. Which is great, and I have to go to somewhere else. Ive complained to corporate office in the past. They just tell me to tell management. Unless youre looking for only Doritos or Bud Light, you will likely have to come back again.

I really hate the new layout now that theyve changed. Overal other than pety stuff like that I like it except for the fact that it seems like people from louisville keep comming up here and there rude. Rather have it back to folks from Bullitt County. We have respect for each other round here.

Cant move around when they have even a moderate flow of people. Too many displays in the aisles, narrow aisles. Signage confusing. Was looking for an item I knew they had, employee didnt know where it was. I found it sitting on top of a vendor display no tags etc. Wasnt even on a shelf.

This is our neighborhood Kroger store. It has some of the friendless people working there I have seen. Other than the makeover they do every so often I enjoy shopping here. If you want to go where you have great service and help this would be the store for you.

Great Kroger store. There are many in the area and I know so many people that drive the extra distance to come to this store instead of one closer. Its laid out nice and they have plenty of stock. Its bright and clean compared to older stores.

The staff are always helpful in locating things. The produce is well priced and fresh. They have a sizeable natural selection for the hippies in all of us. Their Kroger member deals seem to be very good especially on meat and sea food.

On Monday, on the morning of July 19 the phone for the store was answered with a fax tone. No separate number is listed for the pharmacy...I found it by calling another Kroger store - 538-1241 and 1242.

This would be a four star review if not for the major reorganization they did a couple of months ago, all the merchant pallets blocking the aisles and the nauseating smell coming from the seafood section.
