If I could give 0 stars I would . I went in December 2015 and upgraded my phone. I was convinced into taking a tablet that was "100% free, no data charges, no hidden fees." It is a piece of crap tablet that I otherwise would have never accepted. I gave it to a 4 year old because it really has no capabilities for anyone beyond that age. In January 2017 I started to be billed $15 a month for that tablet. I called customer service and was told the only way to remove the charge was to cancel the data. I was baffled. Why should I have to cancel a plan over 1 year later for a device that never should have had a plan. The data was removed and the phone call ended. It is now April 2017 and I found that I am being charged $90 for an early termination fee because I had the data removed. I called and spoke to several representatives who told me that the only chance I had at removing the charge was to go to the location on Springhurst and "maybe" they could help. Word of advice: Verizon has the same unlimited plan at the same cost. Go there. And never accept anything that is free, because it is all a lie and a scam. To top it off, I demanded a copy of this contract and was given a contract that is incomplete. Has the number "9" where the initials should be, and contains incorrect information as to my personal information. It is completely obvious that I did not fill out this contract, yet this is what they are using to validate their $15 a month charge and the $90 cancellation fee.

WARNING THIS IS NOT A REAL SPRINT STORE. It is a "preferred provider." Went in with my mom to get my brothers phone upgraded. We got with a service rep, who at first seemed nice, but then then turned out to be quite an ass. We were told that because of holiday fraud and because my mom name was not on the account, she would not be able I purchase a phone. "Well, due to holiday fraud, sprints wont be able to complete transactions over the phone," was his response. We then stormed out of the store and called sprint in the car. Gave the service rep our pin # and were given full access to the account, no questions asked. Upgraded the phone too. In conclusion, we agreed that the service rep was being misleading in order to get out of doing his job. Poor and arrogant customer service.

What an amazing and refreshing experience! I went into Sprint to purchase a hotspot device and walked out with a new Galaxy III cell phone (sure beats my Samsung Tracfone) and home telephone service. There was absolutely no pressure and I could not be happier. I am saving $14 a month on my home telephone bill. I decided on the new cell phone because I am amazed at Sprints pricing system and I have yearned for a real cell phone for so long now. I presently have Verizon wireless service I use in my home but will leave them in September when my contract ends and go fully Sprint. I want to thank Kyle and James for their help. They have been kind, considerate, respectful and extremely helpful to me. I am 71 years old and appreciate these two young men so doggone much.

This store is the best sprint store in Louisville, Ky. From James who is very knowledgable and is a true seller. I had no idea of what to get and if I was sure If i wanted to do it; however, he placed me into the best phone that is suitable for my needs. I asked him if he was commission and he told me that his sale to a customer is what matter the most because he didnt want me to get mad at him for putting me in the wrong phone.. Overall I loved the store and the employees there seem like one big happy family.. I rate this store 5 stars!!!!!!!! HANDS DOWN the BEST store in Louisville, KY.................

SPRINT HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE! LOTS OF DROPPED CALLS, DAILY, COULDNT GET SERVICE IN LEXINGTON. DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED TO RESOLVE ISSUE; TROUBLE SHOOTING, NEW PHONE, TAKE COVER OFF (WHAT, REALLY?), AIR RAVE. STILL DROPPED CALLS. THEY WOULDNT LET ME OUT OF CONTRACT EARLY WITHOUT EARLY TERMINATION FEE EVEN THOUGH I DONT GET SERVICE IN MY AREA AND WAS TOLD I WOULD. HAD ATT BEFORE, NOT ONE MISSED CALL. SPRINTS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I UPHELD MY END OF THE CONTRACT, THEY DID NOT. DONT USE SPRINT!

Ive been in this store 4 different times now in the last few months and EVERY time the customer service is HORRIBLE! There are never enough employees working so as soon as you walk in, you see the look of frustration on their face instead of them smiling and welcoming you. They choose not to even acknowledge you, and if they do its a rude "Ill be with you when I can" I understand being busy and understaffed at times but literally every time I come in its the same thing! VERY POOR customer service!!

Horrible. New phone gets released and they have one in stock. Daily they wait not knowing if another is coming. Never heard of a cell phone store not having cell phones in stock. Poor customer service. Say they will call you and they dont. Wrong prices quoted, rebates quoted that dont exist. I would completely run from this place! We went to Bardstown Road.

after dealing with the hourstbourn location 6 separate times on the same issue.. I decided to try this location granted they couldnt do much because they cant fix the problems. anyway they did what they can and told me to come back if there was an issue. if you go to the hourstbourn location and the treated you like they treated me I recommend trying this location.

Im one of the employees at this store, and at this store we strive for very satisfied customers. We help customers with getting a phone that best fits their needs. We also have a wonderful service center that fixes phones. The best thing is we will be patient and not push you out of the door.

Easily the worst consumer, retail, service experience of my life. Predatorily manipulated into something and given a different plan with huge overages. Corporate was unable to do anything because theis store is a "prefered provider." . STAY AWAy!
