I went to the Staples store today a little after 2pm. I was utterly disgusted with the customer service I received today. As a past employee of Staples I was greatly disappointed. If it were not for the pretty young lady from office supplies who gave me a warm welcome I would have left the building feeling nothing more than an unwanted stray dog and not a valued customer. I had copies to be made, and the woman at the copy center was incredibly unfriendly. I had prints made on resume paper, and the watermarks were not in the right place - as I faced the paper into the light to look, she noticed what I was doing and that I wasnt happy, but she didnt raise the question! When ringing me up I didnt get a thanks, or a have a nice day, but she was quick to turn around and walk away. I asked her questions, and she was nothing more than short with me. I grabbed a snack and went to the front register, and would say that I was treated by the same lack of regard by him. I have stopped at that Staples several times, but as of late have not been impressed. I dont know if Rob is still the regional manager, but someone needs to remind this store that your not just representing your store, your representing the Staples brand-& the very people who come into the stores are also the men and women who are paying your paychecks. I still have people that myself and past coworkers who tell me how great of service we offered, and because of this - they also go to other Staple stores. This is the very experience everyone at Staples should strive for.

Horrible customer service by manager today after trying to use a special Staples Dollars voucher I received due a huge delay in an online order. I should have been able to use it for any item in the store including printer paper that I had specifically come in for. The paper had some type of rebate (I did not plan this, it just did). After a call to corporate, yes, I SHOULD have been able to use it. The manager firstly, DID NOT listen to what hes associate explained happen when she rang me up, so wasted time trying to come up with BS answers without actually listening and then was rude to me, insinuating that I was trying to rip the company off. I had a $20 voucher and I was trying to buy $20.12 worth of stuff with my voucher and $1 cash. This was done with me in the front of a line that had formed. RUDE and I had a small child with me so waste of time shopping seemed extra painful.

I Love Staples and Use Them Regularly for Office Supplies and Print Jobs. My HP Home Printer Broke Recently and Techs Cant Fix It So Now I Go There to Make My Copies. My Only Complaints Are That "COLOR COPIES" Are Outrageously Expensive!!! Way Too Much People! Plus, They Only Have 1 SELF SERVE Copier Now and They Should Have 3! I Waited 30 Minutes Today for Someone To Finish a Large Printing Job, Just So I Could Make 2 Copies! Yesterday I Waited Twice In Between 2 Others Doing Large Jobs! NOT Good.

Called me at 8:30 am, referred to me as a man, then told me my business cards didnt print properly. Suddenly, my confirmation email, order page and Staples account were nowhere to be found, and they told me Id have to cancel my order, wait for a refund, then re-charge and re-submit the files for printing, then wait ANOTHER 24 hours. Im sorry I tried to save a couple of bucks, Im always going with VistaPrint in the future.

Friendly staff who is actually wanting to help customers. Somewhat rare for a retail chain store. If you dont know what to expect at a Staples, I am not sure a review will help a lot. Office supplies and other assorted things. Computers, desks, and chairs.

Best part about this store is the price match with Amazon. The staff is helpful and the checkout lines move quickly. Grab some ink or computer accessories and pay the same price youd pay online.
