I have been treated fairly and courteous; the employees there have been professional and efficient. I have been in this store and seen complaints handled with ease, simple customer service is what I saw. On another visit during the holidays while busy, I witnessed an employee requested for his cohort to leave the store so that the employee may tend to the many customers. The employee wasnt rude, but he was direct and his friend without haste complied. Ive yet to experience a problem here. I will continue to frequent this store.

Issues with Gamestop as a corporation aside, this is a fantastic place to buy new and used games. The staff are very knowledgeable and will shoot you straight about all the newest games and accessories. I will have to say that I dont like buying special order/collectible items from them because there have been incidents of scratches, bends, ect in boxes in the past. Again that is Gamestop as a corporation and not the fault of the store itself.

They have a helpful staff. Quite a few people go through here. It can be crowded at times due to a smaller store, but they keep it stocked well. If you see few people inside go through then because it is usually packs out fast.

Small selection of games but most of all the idiot behind the counter. He was in the phone and so worthless he lost two customers since he couldnt multi task. He also lost me since Game Stop doesnt price match.
