One of my biggest complaints is the fact that their price matching has gotten so ridiculous. Before All I had to do was show them the online ad from a different supermarket and that was it, they price matched the competition. Now, I have to have a physical copy of the ad in my possession, the item has to match EXACTLY as the advertisement says and a manager has to approve it. For example I was there a little while ago and had a safeway ad for a coca cola 20 pack for $5.00 They would not price match it because the picture showed a regular coca cola 20 pack and I wanted to purchase coca cola zero. I had to drive to safeway where I bought the coke zero with no problems what so ever.

Its good for several reasons : most prices are lower than many other stores, store was well stocked, fruits & vegis were decent looking, and employees in the refrigerator section were considerate & helpful. I didnt care for the feel of the store, too much stocking going on during the day, & too few check out lines open, so I checked myself out, which is ok too, but there needs to be a little better eye being kept on the self checkout lanes.

Customer Service SUCKS!!!!! Rarely are there more than 2 registers opened. The line always extends back into the aisles. And if by chance they open another lone there is no organization you end up fighting just to pay for your items! Kids are always in the store shop lifting. Today as I left the store I saw a young man pull a soda, chips and a bag of candy out of his sagging pants..smh

They are absolutely ghetto, dirty pkace...meat departure HORRIBLE, EMPLOYEES SOCIALIZE AMOUNG THEMSELVES WITH NO REGARDS TO WAITING CUSTOMERS...The shopping carts are filthy, the store nanager comes in and sees this mess...STILL THE SAME FILT STIRE WITH NO FRESH VEGETABLES..1 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE OPEN

The store itself had a sale on cereal and they wouldnt honor the ad....Had to go through 2 managers just to get the cereal.....Told the manager I had all day to debate the ad for he cereal.....Dont print it if you cant honor it...
