Purchased bamboo wood floors from here (Reno store) and they shrank. The manufacturer came out and said the product was inappropriate for our market and should never have been sold to us. This store just took the position....too bad, you should have somehow known netter. Be very careful if you buy from this place, they dont stand behind what they sell and will clearly sell you anything....even wood that is not suited for dry climates. Other reviews have similar comments. Wish we had read the reviews first. There are much better places in Reno that actually care about their customers and the products they sell.

With the exception on Conan (sales associate) the staff in this store INCLUDING the manager make the mediocre prices NOT WORTH IT. Low stock on products, prices at local DIY centers are equal or lower. We had to travel to another store (Roseville, CA) to pick up product that they kept promising would be in so we could expand our flooring project. Upon attempting to return 5 sealed boxes of product within 12 days of purchase, HASSLE with return, ATTITUDE served by young inexperienced (in life and obviously work) cashier, DELAY in refund of money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.........

They do not have good stock, they want to charge you for shipping products from another store. Not friendly employees. Hard to get help. When you are going to spend some serious cash not willing to work with you concerning charging shipping from another store. Wont be using Floor/Décor. Took business to a more professional store.

They recommended that we bring a sample home to see if the color was going to look like we wanted it to in our home before our purchase. We will definitely be back for our next project.

Their selection is amazing in every category. Staff approached me several times to offer help...not like the other Orange or Blue big-box stores where you have to send up a flare to get help. Prices were very good...from bargains to higher-end choices. Well worth the trip !

Ordered 1,500 worth of material for them to tell me a week later that we have to wait another month and if we want the item sooner than we need to pay 130 for shipping. Are you kidding this is how you treat your customers??? Lesson learned... going elsewhere from now on.
