Took forever to find anyone but when I got up to the front to pay there were four cashiers standing around talking and one playing on her cell phone. and no one asked me if I was ready to check out or if they could help me. Really glad this place has a self-checkout or I wouldnt bother coming here. Edit. Had to run back in and get a broomstick I forgot to grab. When I went back in there were now six people standing in front of the cash registers talking about pizza places and none of them greeted me or asked if I was ready to pay

Great store has everything but unfortunately dogs too. Sign on the door says no dogs....there had to be 20....Im tired of having to avoid the dog fights. Every time I go there two dogs start mixing it up. I am afraid of dogs. I should be able to go to the hardware store without having to avoid the lousy pet owners who wont keep their dog on a leash. Maybe Home Depot will enforce the rules when somebody gets a bite or someones dog gets injured.

Ordered through the app, but my order wasnt ready many hours later. Grabbed the stuff myself. Tried to cancel the other order, but the app refused. Confusion and suffering provided by customer "service". Wasted an hour of my time.

Its really sad that I have to go to Lowes because HD did not have 1/2 inch copper pipe fittings. Really? Thats plumbing 101!!!!!!!!!! . You are loosing a customer. Put people in charge of one department and hold them responsible !

This is the closest Home Depot to my home. It is also a very good Home Depot. I usually try to go during the week to avoid the crowds. Always had great help with finding the things I need

Usually understaffed with cashiers... Have to wait because only one cashier working... Employees very knowledgeable and nice. Clean organized store!
