Great local business. All employees are trained for almost all aspects of the store. If an employee cant answer your question they will find someone there who can. There are new hired employees lately so there is a little bit of a "ummm?" atmosphere there now but if they stick with it they will get more experience and it will be such a smoother experience shopping. Overall they get you out of there with what you need, quickly! I hate to see someone like Walmart, Lowes, or Home Depot move into town and this nice place will take a big hit. I have seen it in my home town and a lot of Mom and Pop stores were forced out of business. Oakdale keep it local!!!!!

This Oakdale Ace hardware store refused to participate in an advertised canned food drive a few months ago.. I have stated that if they are not doing anything for charities then I will not be shopping there anymore! So I dont until they can change their policies on the needy in this area.

Was really upset at one of your people. Guy with glasses and earbud. I asked for help and he turned around and ignored me. I knew he knew. Just saying. BUT we did get pellets for our pellet stove after going everywhere from Sonora to here. Eased the pain of "the guy

If you cant find what youre looking for here, it may not exist. This is the most complete hardware store Ive ever been to. The staff are super-friendly and knowledgeable and know exactly what is needed to solve your problem.

Due to lack of trineing, from owner to mgr and staff, i was humiliated, acused of either theaft or raical discrimination and was told infront of my 11 year old child and wife ,you need to get out of store, SEE YOU IN COURT
