just called and was disconnected on and had to call back just to get the run around trying to ask for an update on a warranty craftsman lawn mower I dropped off a week ago. still no answer from Osh and was not given any other number to call. all I was told was call back Monday 7-13-15

Great store. You almost always can find what youre looking for. Prices are fair. Not always the lowest but the ability to find "hard to find" items makes up for that. Nice atmosphere. Like shopping here. Exceptional line of hardware & plumbing supplies.
