I would give it more stars if I could because I have never had such a wonderful experience. I didnt think it would be so easy to get a car but they make it as simple as possible. My sales lady Samantha was amazing she has done everything and I mean EVERYTHING she could possibly do to make it easier and she succeeded. I walked in to my appointment and told them I needed a car, by the end of that day I was driving my very first new (used but new to me) car. I have always got cars from family or friends and they either had a lot wrong or just not safe for my son and I. I have to thank all of them because without any of them I couldnt have got into a nice car for not only myself but my son. They are so friendly and I cant afford much but they helped to figure out what I needed and could afford. They really are amazing at this location. I would recommend them to everyone because as a single mother with little income its hard to find something that fits your budget and is just perfect but they made it happen. I love this place and my car. Thanks so much to all of you again! You really are all amazing :)

My credit is not established quite yet and I was desperate for a new car. I was driving a 98 ford contour with tons of issues so it was finally time to upgrade. I needed a low monthly payment while having a reliable car and Nick Cooper really hooked me up. I cant think of any other place that wouldve been able to get me into the car Ive got now, with me only be 20 years old and having the credit I do. I was very skeptical with going to rightway with them specializing in bad credit I was a little nervous as to what type of cars they sell. Now I really wish I wouldve gone to them sooner. I dont know that theyd sell anyone a bad car over there. I did lots of research on where to go and I am so glad I went with them. I love my new car and I know Im driving a car thats reliable. They truly make you feel like they care about their customers rather than just squeezing the money out of them.

Dennis was great there may have been some problems with the car I got ..but Long story short it was taken care of. And this guy made sure I had transportation while my car was being fixed. I am very appreciative of that. And my experience actually turned out to be a good one after all. Nothing or no one is perfect but these guys helped me through my situation. After today Overall Im a satisfied happy customer. I definitely would recommend this place to a friend or family. And thanks to Roy Miller for personally contacting me. And thanks to Dennis for going over and beyond in my situation. These guys were truly helpful in my first time experience in buying a car.

I had a wonderful experience. the salesman Nick was exceptional committed into getting me in a great upgrade from a 2004 nissan sentra into a kia sportage low miles still under factory warranty. I went in and a hour and half later left with my new wheels. T he best part of all no money out of pocket .Nick also helped in getting me full coverage insurance at a affordable rate. They have wonderful programs for bruised credit.Nick your awesome thanks. I would certainly recommend Nick to others. I have dealt with rightway before and would do so again. Thank You Thank You Right Way for my new vehicle!!!! I personally have to thank Steve and Ian. I have NEVER received this kind of service. I was hesitant due to pass experience. I walked in praying and nervous. Steve listened to my situation. He was friendly,courteous, very polite. Most of all very understanding and professional. Ian was Awesome in helping me get the car I wanted to fit my budget. Not once was I under any pressure. Anyone out there looking for car start the right way with Right Way!!!! All I can say is wow!!!! Mrs. Elnora Coleman took a whole lot of nothing and turned it into something. I a single mom of four needed a chance to prove I can do it. I prayed and God sent me a Angel that was so sweet nice caring and hard working. I loved my experience my brand new car, and gained a friend for life I will be giving her cards to everyone I know. Thank God for using her as a miracle worker. Thank you so much I got a ton of bricks off my back. We did it!!!! I still look outside in my driveway and say is this real? 10 stars

So, with year of student loans sitting on my credit score, I was really strapped to find a car ANYWHERE. I looked online at Righway and I found a couple cars that I was interested in. The next day Dennis called me, and we chatted a bit, this guy was so helpful and honest with me, it made me feel a lot better going through one of these places. If youre gonna shop here ask for him, seriously, hell help you any way he can. I love the car I got, and the lower monthly payments.

RightWay helped me get into a NICE car with a decent monthly payment! My sales person, Rick MaGee was amazing and so was the manager Mike Curry. They were pleasant and made me feel at ease about my decision to purchase a car from them. I am on the road to bulding back up my credit so this was a perfect place for me to be! i didnt need a co-signer and they didnt try to put me in a junk car! Very pleased with my business at Right Way! They went above and beyond for me!

Steve was great, made my car buying experience much more enjoyable than any other dealers I have ever been to. I never once felt pressured into buying something I didnt want. Initially I was approved but needed over $2000. He was able to call the bank on my behaf and get it done for 0 down! Not to mention im in the vehicle my family and I have always wanted. Thank you Steve, Ian and Rightway for making this a pleasurable experience!

Went with my boyfriend to try and buy a car and was instantly turned off by our sales person Samantha who smelled of marijuana! She was very rude and just looked like she was in a rush and frazzled! We were really hoping for a more professional experience when purchasing our car I guess not in flint! Before you get locked in there are plenty of other dealers out there who actually have prices on there cars and are not so shady

Great customer service at right way by Nick Cooper, he took his time with me didnt rush me into just anything. He even fought with the bank a little for me which I greatly appreciated. Very nice and professional if you walk into rightway off perison rd. Id recommend asking for this gentleman. Hell get you into a nice car with easy payments.

This is my second car from Right Way. My interest rate its much cheaper, I got a heck of a steal on the car, with a great warranty. Dennis Wheeler was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend people go through the pain of rebuilding their credit with Right WAY it hurts at first, but do worth it once youve finished!
