My wife and I dealt with Gary at the Milford store over the phone on a Ford Explorer. We were very pleased with his willingness to help and he even did a FaceTime walk around to view the car before we drove two hours to look at it. We told Gary we were interested in purchasing it by the FaceTime video. This is were he went way above and beyond to help us! I was very busy with harvest and could not find the time to drive down and purchase it, so he called me back and said that someone would bring it right to our house and they did. Explorer was just what he said it was and we bought it. Thanks Gary and Car Mart Express for going above and beyond!!!, would suggest you to anybody.

I bought " as it" with no warranty. In aware that they were selling me a car that had not even been inspected by their machanic. Kes the 12. Hr off buying it, it was in their shoo with the check engine light on. About 2 months later, after calling and calling and waiting in calls back, they finial took it in again.. Still dont run good.
