I bought a vehicle one month ago from Capital Cars and Trucks. Its got a Mom-and-Pop feel. I am happy with my purchase. I believe I paid a fair price for my vehicle (I did a lot of research before buying). They also showed me the Carfax report and this vehicle had great maintenance records and no accidents. I bought it as-is and I have not had to do any major repairs. I did have to replace a window motor and a tail light (that I was not told about and did not check before buying because I focused on checking for major issues). The vehicle runs well. I did not finance through them so I cannot comment on their financing. I believe there is always room for improvement but I had a good experience buying from them. They also had my license plate and tag within a week of my purchase and my title came within 10 days.

Owner left his what looked like 10 year old kid in the store alone while him and the rest of the family (wife and child) were off in the car were were interested in looking at. The kid that was left alone in the store called and handed the phone over and the guy said he would be there in 10 min with the car. 30 min later still no sign off him. The kid called him again and he said he was almost there. 45 collective min roll around and we go to leave and he pulls in with the car and just had a total attitude. Pretty much tells us to leave. Had no interest in making the sale. We said we thought it was only going to be 10 min and he responded with you cant sell a car in 10 min!!! He was using the car as his family car. Very rude dont even know how he stays in business. Would not give him any business.

I have called and sent message via their website for three weeks trying to inquire about a car they are advertising. The price has changed twice online, but I havent gotten any response. The website says they are open 10:30-7:00 on Saturdays, so I drove up today with cash in hand to look at the car. They are closed and the l.e.d. sign out front says open 11-7. DOORS LOCKED....SALE LOST!!!!

They are they worst dealership ever, I would not refer anyone to business with them, they are a bunch of crooks and liars if i could give no stars i would because they dont deserve 1 star
