If you book your load through a third party broker then avoid this place like the plague. Load I was on got double booked. Another driver from another company had the exact same load and exact same pickup number. The shipping personnel kept acting like they didnt know why I was there. Had the other driver checked in and loaded in under 15 minutes only to have him unloaded. Found out in fact the load was supposed to have been mine. They put me in his dock after he pulled out. 2 hours later they still havent started loading me...smh
