First off I have been a long time shopper of Feeders Supply. However recent experiences have shown me that not all their products can be trusted. My wife and I have been working on creating an aquascape tank for our Guppies and Mollies. Everything was great in my tank until I purchased a living plant from this Feeders Supply. Now my fish all have Ick and are starting to develop Fin rot. So far I have lost my male fish and all I get is a sorry from the staff. I want my fish replaced, my wife and I have worked too hard just for it to be ruined by your staff being poorly trained and cannot quarantine sick fish from healthy ones. **Update** Spoke with the manager at N Dixie feeders where most of my fish I purchased came from. A very nice supervisor named Jason will replace the fish. Thank you for working with me Feeders!

Wanted to adopt a cat but no, just because I have a 3 year old son I wasnt allowed to...smh then tried for a different cat, couldnt get it either. I kinda knew from the beginning They would give me a hard time, my 2nd choice was just a test...to see what kind of excused they would come up with. Not the 1st time this has happened either, few months ago I tried to adopt a 3rd dog (have 2 who I purchased from a breeder!) Was denied.. dont know what the deal is...tried to give a home to a pet...tried to do the right thing and adopt...guess purchasing from a breeder is the better way.

The employee who helped us was very patient with an 8-year-old with a very short attention span. She wanted to touch/pet as many animals as she could but was squeamish when she had the opportunity to actually touch them. I know he had plenty of other duties that he could have been doing, but he very patiently treated her with gentleness and patience. I was very impressed.

I have 3 large dogs. We all go there when its bath time. The dogs dont mind it at all. The staff is so pet and people friendly. They go above and beyond to help out.
