The employees were so understanding when I brought back a bag of dog food that ended up making my dogs food allergies act up. They were so helpful in directing me to grain free dog foods that would work better for my dog. You could tell they care about their clientele!

Dog and cat nutrition is considered and very high quality. Unfortunately they do not do the same education on Parrot food and carry a couple lines of seed!!!! Serious parrot owners know you should not be feeding seed. Nancy
