They dont seem to know what Customer Service is, it is sad, and unfortunate, but I guess that is what allows them to hire such morons to work there. Purchased a couple toggle bolt kits for a measly $18. The guy in the store, lets just call him Mr. Douche, opened the package in the store to demonstrate how to use it. Upon returning home, we realized that the item they sold us was incorrect for our needs. We returned to the store and Mr. Douche refused to take it back as a return because the item had been opened. Yea, thanks, we know, you are the one who opened it Mr. Douche. Dont go here. Go anywhere else, anywhere. They have no respect for there patrons and they hire morons like Mr. Douche.

Horrible. Just the worst. I got keys copied here and one was clearly not done right. Pointed it out to the guy and he actually made fun of me for asking. Paid for it and of course, it didnt work. Just went there again after calling and asking if they could color match and mix some paint. They said sure. Got there and they told me they only mix. Fine I said, Ill get it matched somewhere else, can you mix it for me? Was told no, I dont mix other peoples paint. Who does that? Seriously, just a bunch of lazy incompetent jerks over there. There is one youngish guy there and another with dreads who are actually helpful but the older guys there just need to go.

Shameful customer service Walked in looking for a socket wrench and walked out after being insulted by an employee claiming to be the manager. The man seemed irritable when I first approached. He became sarcastic and antagonistic after I asked for advice on fixing my door and then he continued to insult me about my little knowledge of hardware.

I had 12 keys made from this location. Not one worked. I am not surprised. The salesman was not helpful in anyway. I had three different sets of keys made. He handed me all 12 keys with no way to distinguish which was which. His solution was to try every key in every lock. Which made it even harder to figure out that not one worked.

Was looking for a tool in a hurry, and was wary based on the poor reviews here, but was very pleased with the excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door. The clerk helped me find the tool right away, gave me suggestions and usage advice. Perhaps they are responding to the internets feedback? If so, the system works!

Bring the wrong Lock ,they told me to bring a back to store if not working for you.now they dont take a back bcz is open ,how can I check without open the box .the cashier had so stopped attitude. visit on 5/1/2017 at evening. I was there customer for 6 years .but will never come to this location.

Ive been to this hardware store a few times because it is so close to where I live. They always have a bad attitude there, like Im disrupting their day by even walking in the door. I suggest you walk by this place and head somewhere else.

Had 2 keys made, they didnt work. Heed the warnings and read the reviews people, go somewhere else (2.99 per key). Never had this issue anywhere else and only went here bc I was in a pinch for time.... doesnt matter now. Never again.

Must be a factor of who you deal with. Whenever I go there, I get asked if I need help, and get whatever Im looking for - its always been a pleasant experience, even though Im a very infrequent customer.

Their selection/stock is very limited, and most of the folks working there arent particularly hardware-knowledgeable; but if youre in the area, and in need, this is about as good as it gets.
