I recently bought two pair of shoes. I wore one pair once it was not wide enough. they always tell you that you can bring them back. I have bought a lot of shoes from them. when i took them back to exchange. the manager was very rude with out a receipt there was nothing she could do. bull all my information is right in the computer. . when i asked you are going to lose a costumer over a precept look me up it is right there she was very nasty. I am reporting them to corporate this is not there normal procedure. She is not going to disrespect me like that

I purchased shoes for a new job and only have worn them a week and a half 2 weeks tops I called for a refund though because theyre cutting into my toes. The manager told me I can only get a refund with a receipt, even though I paid with a debit card. But they would exchange them, I already bought new shoes that dont cut me, why would I trade them for another paid of shoes that will hurt my feet? A little good customer service goes A LONG way, which they have none! I would recommend going to sketchers for comfort and pricing is the same

Had an issue with pricing a week later and... Denise was very professional, understood the issue and went over and above to correct it. Those with bad experiences... sometimes you get what you give. Just sayin. The one thing I dont like... the bottom of the shoe is so hard to clean. Some nights I feel like I have an entire meal stuck in the bottom of my shoe.

My shoes were bagged and my coupon was honored. I had a great experience here today and in the past - every time I call or come in, the staff is very attentive and quick to answer my questions. They mentioned their flexible return policy and it was apparent that my satisfaction was their #1 priority. Kudos!

bought mammoth shoes for my husband and they only lasted about 7 months before coming apart. spoke to manager cornell rivers who was very unprofessional. will never buy shoes at this location ever again. the website has better discounts but wont be buying from them either.
