I placed an order for a pair of shoes, then after 3 weeks my shoes still had not came so I called and they said they forgot to send out the order and they said they would have it to me as fast as possible and yet another 2 weeks later I didnt have my shoes. So I called again and they said that they didnt have them in stock. I will never be ordering anything from this company again! Ridiculous customer service!!

Trash service. Horrible employees and owner. I talked to the man thru Instagram DMs and he would not reply when he said he was interested in shoes I had. I talked to him over the phone once before and he hung up the call mid conversation. Extremely disappointed wish we had a better store in the Orlando area with a bigger verity of sneakers. Dont waste your time going here 100% trash.

Dont waste your time here. This place was an absolute joke. I walked in and was out the door in under 90 secs. Inventory is pathetic. Youll get far better service and quality on Amazon and eBay for DS shoes. In all my time hunting kicks, this was the most laughable "place" Ive ever been to. I have no idea how they afford their rent...

Won a pair of shoes from the Machine in the mall, took a little while to get the second shoe shipped down to me, but the whole time owner was either dming, or texting me trying to get everything situated. Great customer service, definitely looking forward to doing business again!
