I used to LOVE this place, Karole is an awesome groomer. However, today was really busy and I guess I didnt understand that making an appointment online would be treated the same as a walk in. So, I spoke with a manager really just wanting to see how much longer it would be, and i was curious to see if they had muzzled my dog. As a customer, i have no idea what their policy is on muzzling, so i figured it wouldnt hurt to ask, right? wrong. The Asst. Manger I spoke with, William, was extremely defensive and rude. Apparently my dog was already done, but since nobody called, I did not know that. He said "well we are very busy". Okay, you can still let me know my dog is done. He then proceeded to follow me up to the registers and guard the front door awkwardly with another associate, as if I was going to leave without paying. After working 10+ years in big box retail, i will never be back. Your customers are not criminals, and you are not the police.

Brought my dog here for grooming. Was extremely disappointed. Hes a large breed and they completely treated him like a bully breed. He has marks on his toes where they nicked him even though they said they couldnt trim his nails or clean his teeth. They charged me $25 to do a crappy job at bathing him, considering his neck and face werent washed at all! I took him here specifically because petsmart offers nail grinding and I prefer this and have had no problems at any other locations but this location said it wasnt safe for their technicians to complete the task. They are discriminatory against large dogs and Im extremely offended by the way I was treated and rushed away like it was unimportant. (The technician didnt fill out a behavioral report like they were supposed to either.) horrible service.

I was waiting in line at one cash register and the lady finished with her customer in front of me and completely walked away and didnt glance at me one time while Im still waiting in line. She went to the first cash register where there was another worker and began joking and drinking some drinks someone brought in for them. I asked her was the register now closed she replied "yea I moved back to this one" and continued laughing with her coworkers and some other lady. Not once did she inform me to move to the next register or acknowledge that I was even standing there. I didnt get her name but she is mid 40s white lady with curly reddish brown hair. I felt as though she was very rude and I will also be calling to complain about her behavior.

Theres been a number of occasions that I went here to buy food from the refrigerated section, only to find the fridge was broken. I think its bad that I, as a customer, has to tell them the fridge isnt working. It should be checked at the beginning of the day, everyday. What if someone accidentally bought food that went bad, without realizing the fridge was broken? Or even worse, what if they fed it to their dog, and the dog got sick? Since this happened on multiple occasions, Im taking away two stars from what wouldve been a five star review on this location.

I always get calls from them telling me that my dog has a check-up coming up or a vaccine. I always ask for an estimate and they end-up up-selling or try to charge me more than it was agreed on. Last time they told me we had agreed not to exceed a budget and I sent my sister to pick-up our dog and they made her paid three times more than we were told. I am currently looking for another local vet and fire Petsmart at the Flowery Branch location.

My crested gecko I bought here seems to never calm down and doesnt eat much, not a very friendly pet. My other crested gecko that I bought from a family owned pet store that breeds their own crested gecko, is very healthy and super calm. My point is to stay away from buying animals here, wether its fish or a guinea pig, because you will have better luck at a non corporate pet store. I only get pet supplies from Petsmart.

I REALLY WISH they sold frozen RAW food for CATS!!!!!!!!! They dont have it!!!!!!!... unless you count the frozen mice intended for reptiles, but they are too pricey to get for my cat all the time. Other products that I come here for are swheat scoop kitty litter and freeze dried 1 ingredient dog treats. The folks that work here are nice and I love that you can bring your pet inside.

The worst petsmart ever! I advised the lady at the register that the item I was buying isnt supposed to be 13.99, because online it said a lower amount. She continued to disagree and never checked online. I checked online once I left the store and it was cheaper, and called petsmart and they said the lady at the register was supposed to honor the online price, such a lazy employee.

I am a dog sitter, and I bring one of my clients 2 dogs here for grooming and vet check ups. The staff is so friendly, and helpful. They understand different personalities and how to serve them best. I have noticed they actually care. I love that! This PetSmart is a wonderful place to bring your pets.

Store is always well staffed and merchandised. I have used Banfield hospital for years and have never Had a problem. Their Doctors and staff are always professional and caring. After some investigation I found out that Petsmart charity is one of the best rated. I always donate when making a purchase.

Took our dog to be groomed he sat there all day waiting to be groomed (7hrs) when I picked him up they had cut his hair but didnt even give him a bath. Tried to charge me for nail grinding and did not even clip his nails. I will NOT be back.
