I have always had an excellent experience with Red Mill. They have gone out of their way to explain the differences between the many pet foods they sell. They will give you a case discount. I found their prices to be comparible to big stores and sometimes less expensive. I would rather support a local store, but this store has helped me many times with pet concerns that I know a big store would not. The staff are extremely caring and helpful. As to the reviewer who complained about young people working there- I have been helped by some younger staff and they were always polite, friendly and helpful. Im sure if necessary they would have consulted more experienced staff to answer questions. Should we never hire young people anywhere? Additionally they will volunteer to carry heavy bags out to your car. I think they are great.

We have been a customer since they opened. Thus far, we really like this pet store. The staff is very friendly and most of them are knowledgeable about the product they carry. They are super helpful-will help you carry your things to your car, recommend products even if they dont have it on their shelf. They may not have everything that those big chains have but I will come back here because they treat you like your are important.
