I frequent this Petsmart location enough with my friends (at least once a week on Saturdays) to be recognized by the staff. So imagine my surprise when we added a friend, who happens to be a dog trainer (and in her uniform ONLY because she was meeting us between clients) to our group and we managed to get kicked out of the store. Why, you ask? well, it was strange enough that we were being followed around by the store leader for a minimum of 15-20 minutes, but after this we began to be interrogated with such questions as "are you actually going to shop here or are you just standing in the way?!" Mind you, at this exact moment we were trying Halloween costumes and winter coats on our dogs. To answer your question, yes, we were actually about to make a pretty hefty purchase (the fourth one this month alone!) complete with food, treats, toys, costumes and coats, but I am glad I saved my money and gave it to the friendly people at the Petco down the street! Back to why we got kicked out of the store... I guess the final straw for the store leader was our well behaved dogs. Behaved so well, in fact, that when your customers noticed how good they were being, they came over to compliment them. Apparently this got confused with some kind of training session that we were allegedly trying to conduct in their facility, and thus we got kicked out, for trying to compete with their training center. Excuse me? we were just trying to shop, like we do EVERY WEEK in your facility. Maybe the management of this store does not appreciate well behaved dogs, or maybe she is just intimidated by pit bulls, but this is a poor representation of what Petsmart should be about, regardless, and I will be sure to pass this along to all of the people my friends and I encounter in the veterinary world, as well as in the dog training world, because I am certain they would love to hear about it. From now on, I will be visiting Petco every Saturday instead of Petsmart. I demand someone contact me and make this right!

I will NEVER take my 3 toy poodles to petsmart for grooming again. I took them twice and the first time everything went fine. Fist grooming service I order a poodle cut with clean face, Pom Pom feet, clean paws. Well that cost me $43 per dog. The next cut 6 weeks later is where the problem came in. I was charged $43 for two dogs and my one toy slightly larger was charge $48 I asked for the same service as before but added a teeth brushing. They never brushed their teeth but charge me for it then lied and said they did it. I was charged extra for Pom Pom feet, clean face and paws and extra brushing for Pom Pom feet. My dogs are brushed daily so why the extra brushing. Plus one of my poodles doesnt have Pom Pom feet her legs are to short the style looks weird on her. My bill was close to $300 I had to argue with them about it by the time they took off things I was only at 250 and they refused to do more. This place cheats you Im glad my normal groomer is back from having her baby. Petsmart charged me all that money and now I Have to have my groomer fix all their mistakes my babies had long Beautiful Fluffy ears and they blunt cut them off and gave them lopsided Afros. Very disappointed.

If I could give a zero star review I would ! My friends and I have been going there every Saturday after work for a month or so . This particular day we decided to bring our WELL behaved dogs with us and our friend who Just so happens to be a dog trainer came along with her dog . I had great intentions to buy dog food and my friends were going to also purchase items that was until two particular female staff members began to stalk us and be continuously rude . To the point one of them asked us if we were shopping because people were trying to get through . We were shopping and the people who were " trying to get through " were actually admiring our dogs . We were asked to leave because we were accused of doing a training session when all our dogs were doing was acting how they had been taught to . After a call to petsmart corporate We left there and went to petco where we were greeted with smiles and free treats . All the staff members were happy to have us there and were more than happy to see our well behaved dogs in their store . Shame on you petsmart . Youve lost my business along with 3 other people who will be sure to share this experience with other people .

Terrible. Awful. Heartbreaking. Feburary 2016, I picked up my beautiful Collie, Annie, to find out they SHAVED her from head to paw. I was then lied to as to how the miscommunication occurred which led to my first, WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE I had ever had. Today, I decided to give Petsmart another chance and took her to a different location. I made it clear that I would like Annie to have a trim, but still look like a Collie. The groomer stated that she fully understood what I wanted and she even had it in her notes NOT TO SHAVE HER from our previous complaints. Today, I picked her up and she has been completely buzzed. The worst part about this story is while I was waiting on Annie to come out, I witnessed a groomer forcefully combing out a terrible knot on a small shih tzu as it was howling in pain. I am not a groomer but common sense tells me to cut the knot out instead of harming the animal. I have never heard a cry like that and it was so bad I had to force tears back until I got to my car. I beg you, do not take your pet to Petsmart Grooming.

They were recommended to me for grooming my goldendoodle so I called to make an appt. I spoke with one girl and we discussed what I wanted done, then she transferred me to another without communicating anything so I had to go through the explanation again. No problem - we got it figured out and I was quoted a price. I showed up for my appt. and the girl at the counter told me it would a much higher price. When I pointed out the amount I was quoted she said she had to talk to a manager to get it approved. Nope. They were happy to charge me less for a bath only but not the minimal grooming service we had discussed and agreed on. So PetSmart, you lost someone that would have been a regular customer. Even worse, I wont be able to recommend you to anyone either. Unfortunate.

VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. I just called to see what they were charging for my dogs food, because I like to price match before I buy (every dollar counts!) I was transfered multiple times and everyone I spoke to was nasty! I underatand its Friday night and youre about to close, but I am (wanted to be) a paying customer! I accidentally said something at the same time as the lady I was speaking with and she snaps, "CAN I FINISH?" Oops. My bad! And after I got the price of my food and thanked her for her time she just hung up on me. No, "Can I help you with anything else tonight?" Or even a, "Have a good night!" Customer service means everything to me, so from now on I think Ill take my business elsewhere, even if it means paying a few bucks more for my dogs food.
