I LOVE shopping here. I sometimes find myself here several times a week from big things to little things. I agree the prices are a little higher than need be but the friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to help exceeds all expectations. I recently signed my puppy up for the puppy training program, which provided more than expected information just in the first day! I also thoroughly enjoy the Banfield hospital. Signing my puppy up with the puppy wellness program is saving me so much money in the long run. $34 a month for a year and it even includes neutering! The only thing I have to pay for out of pocket is medicine, which also offers me a %10-20 discount when I buy. Besides the wellness program, the staff at the hospital are super nice. They treat my puppy with the utmost care and have a decent conversation with me rather than just wanting my money. I know everyone isnt going to have a perfect experience here every time, but the overall rating of this store deserves 5 stars. Im sure if I have a bad experience (which will more than likely happen), then it wont be enough to make me want to give them less of a rating.

Well you meet some nice and some kind of on the rude side almost as if they hate their jobs, extremely rude an a bad i dont care this is just a job attitude on the customers. Their is two specific people at this specific store that i avoid dealing with just off the fact that when i leave this store i feel like i have been disrespected as if their doing me a favor letting me shop their everytime! Its not the whole store dont get me wrong just the two boys but i think the are girls i dont know im not sure look like lil boys one with long hair and the other short hair. I will no long go to this store ever again unless i absolutley have to strange enough i pass 5 pet stores to go to this one cause the service use to be good but ILL PASS i will take my business to walmart atleast their not adding 30% on every original price.

Recently, I scheduled an appointment, informing the lady I spoke with, that I had a puppy only 8 weeks old, who had her 1st shots and deworming. They scheduled me for the next day and when I arrived, I was told that since I had not had the puppy for at least 2 weeks, then they couldnt do the shots. They could offer an exam and another deworming but that was all. How crazy is that?? If that is their policy, they should notify people when they call to schedule the appointment. That was extremely frustrating as now I have to find another vet and take additional time out of my day, to take care of this. I would certainly not reccomend them at this time. They even told me that because my breeder did the 1st shots, they dont "recognize" that as being adequate and they would need to start over. No, thank you!!!

The store overall is good. But I do not recommend the grooming. I just took my dog in and gave very specific instructions for how he was to bu cut and I was shocked when I came to pick him up. He looks like he was trimmed with a lawnmower! I took him here only because I could not get to my regular groomer and boy was that a mistake! He looks terrible. It rendered me speechless! I didnt even recognize him. They were as nice as they could be and lets be real. What can you do? The hair will grow back.

Great selection, nice staff, convenient location. PetSmart is good location to purchase small pets, adopt a larger pet, or buy pet supplies. My dog has chewed up 3 beds. I was able to find a Kong "chew resistant" bed that she has not been able to destroy (yet). They told me if she destroys it within 60 days, I can bring it back for a refund. They also have a rewards program so if you shop there often, you can get coupons and discounts.

I was scared to bring Kingston to get groomed at PetSmart because of their reviews and also hes a baby and has never been groomed. Jada changed all of that. When I came in Kingston was so scared Jada calmed him down. When I came back he wasnt quite done with his grooming so I watched from the outside and my baby was behaving very good and Jada was so gentle with him. She will be my Go To person.

If I could give it a zero I would, I picked up a 2 month old guinea pig from this store on April 7 and found that a large aggressive alpha pig has ripped the ears of the other 3 pigs and mine to the point the ears are in tatters, mine has also suffered a bite on the back and a bite on the other ear, the store didnt bother to separate the agressive pig, they dont care about the pigs health here

The store as a whole is tiny compared to other Petsmarts. In turn, since they are so small, they only carry certain things. They dont carry my cat or dog food (Science Diet) even though they have a decent selection of foods. I do have to say the staff in the store have always been very welcoming and all around nice. So A+ for customer service.

I came in last night for a Gentle Leash, which had been recemended to me. I didnt know much about them until your excellent staff explained it completley. They were very pleasant and friendly, not only to me, my daughter, my grandaughter, but also my dog Layla. The Gentle Leash worked fantastic! Thank you....

Had my dog groomed and paid for ear cleaning. Picked her up no ribbons, no bandana. I was upset. Then I got home they didnt trim her tail; Left it scraggly, and her right ear was still dirty. I can wash my own dog. If I pay $52 to cut her I expect the whole treatment. Wont be groomed there again.

This location is super friendly and the place is very clean. I was calling to make sure my cat food brand was there and the gentleman by the name of Geoff was really friendly and knew right away to help me when I entered the store. Will make this my go-to store from now on!

There were insects in coocon-like form stuck to the bags (which I found when I got home). They didnt seem to care at all, trashed the open back and restocked the still sealed buggie bag. Her comment? "Extra protein!" Gross. Guess I just love my pets more than they do....

My dog (goldendoodle) sees Cody to get groomed at this Petsmart location. He is almost 5 and hes been seeing her almost every 8 weeks since he was 6 months old. She always does a great job and I would recommend her to anyone. Shes amazing!

There is this one lady that has no personality, she can careless about your dog they dont want to work with you ither you like it or leave !! No good customer service if your going to be grumpy with your job then find something else!!
