After being sold by their salesperson, what Ill call mislabeled food (cans labeled as shredded and minced, with the consistency of pate), I attempt to return the cans, a mix of 3 unused but open, due to misleading labels, and 3 still sealed, I was told that opened food could not be returned, despite their sign hanging on the counter saying "bring back in original packaging for refund or exchange". Their sloppy customer service and arbitrary rules for handling the return is the reason for the 2 star.

Wags To Wiskers in Ann Arbor is my new favorite pet store! They offer a wide variety of excellent pet foods and supplies. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they carry N&D by Farmina. Ive been wanting to try it with my pups for a long time, but I wasnt able to find anyone in the area that carried it. Their staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are also excellent, much less expensive than the boutique I normally shop at.

After working here for a bit, I am in love. All of the other staff are so knowledgeable, and have taught me so much. Ive worked in the pet industry for several years, at a few different places, and this is definitely on of the places that puts pets (and their owners by extension) first! And many people have commented about how much better our prices are than at the local chain stores!

I had a wonderful experience buying supplies for my puppy today. The staff was wonderful to work with and the prices were nearly half that of the chain pet stores. I immediately went back to the other stores to return the supplies I had previously purchased. I cant wait to go back to buy more stuff! They also have a great rewards program with cash back! Extra bonus!

They have a great selection with good prices. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They provided information on dog food manufacturing practices that was greatly appreciated. Our dogs get showered with treats, every time they go in the store. We try to buy all of our pet related products there.

I simply love the intentensive grooming they provide my Golden at the Saline store (just southwest of the main downtown intersection of US-12 and AnnArbor-Saline-Milan roads). Its actually more of a vacuum that takes out most of the dander for over a month, significantly reducing shedding.

First time in today. Sandy helped me find my pet fountain water filters immediately and recommended several different types of grain free cat food and even offered me a variety of samples that are popular with the kitties! Will definitely be coming back (:
