I Came Just To Find a Hamster! There Was Dogs EVERYWHERE FOR ADOPTION! You Could barely get passed the front door. Oh, I Forgot To Mention That After The People Would Adopt Their New Dog, They Would Walk It Around The Whole entire store! Dog Poop And Urine Was Everywhere! All Over The Products Too. Eww! Anyway,After I had Picked Out My Hamster We Asked For Assistance And No One Would Assist Me! "Sorry Mam, Illl Be There in a second." So I Waited A Second Until it turned into 25 minutes. So I Left. This Was Very Disappointing. I Usually Love To Shop At Petsmart. Oh, Well.

they had the best selection of cages for all types of animals (hamster, guinea pig, chinchilla, rabbit, mouse, gerbil, snake, lizard, turtle, fish, and birds) i just wish they could have more of the actual animals. because at times i have come and they are bustling with mammals but with only 2 reptiles or i go and they have reptiles and only a couple mammals (plz even it out) overall i love it and would recommend it to everyone.

They carry the largest selection of dog food you can find. Accessories are overpriced. The staff is always friendly when you can find them to help you. The building facade needs updating and the interior Needs lighting updating. The store is very dark making the interior look dusty worn and antiquated but its not, its really just the lighting. The grooming area is very small even for an average petsmart.

Julie is by far the best groomer I have ever used. She has groomed our PBGV for the past 8 years and we LOVE her. We will never use another groomer as long as Julie is here. Shes gentle, artistic, and pays attention to every detail. Even with our 50+ pound long haired dog there is never a hair out of place. PetSmart has a jewel in Julie!

Cynthia with PetSmart is an outstanding groomer! She is courteous and professional and she does a great job with grooming our Yorkie puppies. She even took the time to make bow ties for my dogs when we had a special event to attend and they were too small to fit into the bandanas. Wonderful experience!!!

Kiara is the best groomer!!! It was my fur babies first time tonight and she was very gentle and patient with her. I was really nervous about how the grooming would come out since her hair was uneven from when we rescued her, but she made it look as even as possible! I could not thank her enough!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store stays well stocked and has the lowest prices. Their sale events are unbeatable! The adoption center is great as well!

The grooming service has bathed my dog and put her in a machine that dries her, her nose was bleeding!! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!
