I ordered a $300.00 funeral spray for my mother-in-laws service days before her funeral. It was not there when I arrived at 2 PM even though this time was confirmed by Anthony, a manager. It took numerous calls to get it there by 3:05 with no apologies from the driver and worse yet, an insincere apology and "It was Labor Day. People are off ," excuse when I followed up with a phone call. They simply dont care and feel they have the market cornered because they are recommended by funeral directors who endorse them. Use them only if you dont care when your flowers are delivered and you welcome additional grief in your time of mourning. While the flowers were beautiful, it wasnt worth the aggravation.

Love the arrangements and bouquets Ive ordered from these guys! True talent and Im disappointed they dont do wedding arrangements anymore due to their spike in business with funeral flowers. I had engagement party flowers here and every year I get mother day and birthday flowers from them. I was traveling once, forgot to send a birthday bouquet and they had no problem stepping up to help me out and send something over same day! The best in Brooklyn. Dont think they are closed if you are driving by and it looks dim inside, they are open!

I had to order some flowers for a funeral today and I spoke with Anthony on the phone who it turns out I knew from my days in bay ridge at a locale cigar shop. Anthony went the extra mile to make sure this arrangement was taken care of with care and understanding. A great shop, with great owners that go the extra mile to make sure every detail is taken care of.

What a totally amazing florist! The arrangement was huge, fresh, lush, absolutely Beautiful! What a florist! Extremely polite and helpful as well. The arrangement was much bigger and nicer than I could possibly have expected for the money. I even called to thank the person who had recommended them to me. You wont be disappointed - they are great!
