If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place made so many mistakes for my wedding. We shouldve realized they were going to be headaches from my bridal shower when we had to pick up the flowers bc it was too far to travel to Staten Island. They told my parents a time and left my father standing out there for over an hour bc the store was closed and no one was there. But the flowers came out nice so we just chopped it up to a minor mishap. However, on the day of the wedding, the mistakes kept coming. It started from the bouquets and the boutonnieres. 2 of the boutonnieres were missing and 3 of them broke as the men were pinning them on. The maid of honor bouquet was supposed to have yellow and blue roses and she made it only with yellow, exactly like the other bridesmaid bouquets. When I asked her about the blue roses she said she was sending them to the hall but they were never there. My bouquet was supposed to be a full bouquet of red roses. They were the exact same size as my bridesmaid bouquets , only the bridesmaid bouquets were $75 and mine was $150. I wouldve expected mine to be larger than the bridesmaids especially given that I paid double for my bouquet. Then they mustve sent the delivery guy to the church for the missing boutonnieres bc while I was at the alter saying my wedding vows this man was continuously trying to get my attention. This is the most rude, unprofessional thing Ive ever seen. My aunt tried to take the flowers from him but he said no and continuously tried to get my attention IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING. My aunt finally had to yell at him and take the flowers from him and tell him to leave. They were supposed to put centerpieces on every single table, however, decided NOT to put flowers on the sweetheart table, you know the main table for the bride and groom, the focal point of the room. Not even one rose petal on my table. When I asked the woman about it she said we never discussed the sweetheart table. Which is funny considering I paid for flowers to be on EVERY SINGLE table, including the sweetheart table! They were also supposed to put rose petals on the tables, including a table in the hallway that the Dj had setup. This was the main table people would see when they walked in. The Dj let them know when they were setting up to put the rose petals and they refused to and gave my Dj a hard time. Needless to say there were no rose petals on that table. Then the following morning after looking at the centerpiece we had brought home, I saw they had put some FAKE hydrangea in that centerpiece!! When I texted them about it, they told me it was standard to add fake flowers for touch ups!?!? I have never heard of this ever. Why am I paying all this money for you to touch up with fake flowers? Why not throw real flowers to touch up with?? Who knows how many centerpieces had fake flowers in them and at $150 a centerpiece thats quite unacceptable. Overall, they were rude and extremely unprofessional. If youre a bride and dont want a bunch of mistakes on your wedding day , then please spare yourself and go somewhere else.

All my mother wanted was to order flowers for her friend in new york. The person on the phone at Art of Flowers hung up on her. When my mother called back, the woman screamed at her that she didnt need her business and cursed her. I think my mother is a wonderful woman, as im sure everyone thinks about their moms, and she didnt deserve that, far from it. This is an inexcusable way to behave and you have embarrassed yourself and your profession. One star, would give them zero if i could.

The flower basket we ordered for our moms 80th birthday was absolutely amazing. We placed the order over the phone without reviewing any samples and let the florist pick the design and colors for us. You did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. Thank you, thank you! Will recommend your place to friends and Family.

They yelled at me when I called. The lady was rude to me. When I asked to speak to the manager she wouldnt let me. She said she didnt care about my business and even swore at me. How can this happen in this day and age?!? I dont understand it. Dont let it happen to you. Call 1-800 flowers or any other service.

You should never give this florist your business! They are unwilling to work with you and even scream and curse at paying customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would!
