So my surprise flower delivery went well, but when I called back a couple weeks later after finding out that the balloon that I paid for was not actually delivered, I was told that I would receive a call back once they looked into it. After a week of no call back, I called again and was told that I wasnt called back because whoever I spoke to probably didnt work there anymore and there was nothing they could do about it. Then the man offered to send the balloon out and again stated that was all he could do. I would have rather had a refund at this point, which he would not do and told me it was ridiculous that I was making such a big deal over a $4 balloon. He asked me for the address, which I did not have on me at the time so I asked him if he had it available in his system from when the purchase was made and delivered to which he responded that I was being ridiculous to ask them to look up the info and began to give me serious attitude. Bottom line....the flowers at this establishment are decent, at best. The customer service is horrendous and on that alone I would tell people to go somewhere else to purchase flowers. BUYER BEWARE! YOU MAY ONLY GET A PARTIAL DELIVERY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I payed 100$ for a cheap looking flower arrangement! I got to dinner where I sent out the flowers and I cant explain the feeling I got when I saw it. I felt so embarrased because it looked so cheap and as if I made it at home. When I called the flower shop to ask if maybe there has been a mistake they were extremely disrespectful!! I will never call this people again and you shouldnt either.

Ordered flowers for prom last year (2016) and they were not even made yet when I arrived at the time they told me to pick them up. Decided to give them another chance this year for another prom, and yet again, when I arrived at the time they told me to pick them up, they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about and then told me that they were not made yet. Never coming here again.

I dont know who greeted me maybe van brunt but I havent met such a rude person in a long time. Dont understand how anyone could give any type of business to people like that. Wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone
