I was recommended to this florist for my wedding, and upon speaking with the shop, I was spoken to in a very rude manner, and criticized over my choice of venue, the # of people attending (saying that the venue wont fit the capacity I had), and the style of flowers I wanted. Instead of approaching the discussion in a professional tone, the owner was very degrading and snotty. I needed someone to explain to me politely what options I should consider, instead they were negative, and blatantly nasty. Very unpleasant staff.

I had to order flowers for my fathers friends birthday with only one day to spare. The friend lives in New York. We live in Seattle. At the time of order we did exchange a few jokes and friendly jabs - it is New York after all :) The Scarlet Flowers did a great job accomodating my requests - a beautiful flower basket were delivered next day in time for birthday celebration. Thank you!
