There arent enough kind words to describe how pleased I am with the service I received here. Robert and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Came in to browse and wasnt hassled or pressured into getting anything. I liked what I saw and came back the same day. I purchased a Yamaha Stryker February 4th but it was cold and I live an hour away so he gladly said hed store it for me and have it delivered if I wanted. During the time it was being stored, I decide I wanted an aftermarket exhaust put on. Not only did I get great pricing (which Ive seen dealerships rip customers off on parts and labor) but Robert called back and sent pictures every step of the way! The bike was professionally delivered and I couldnt be happier with both him and the service department! Unless I have two flats or a broken brake line, I will make the hour journey to get service done here or the next bike purchase EVERYTIME!

The selection at this dealership does not reflect what they advertise on their website. If youre looking for a specific model they claim is available, I would call twice before going to see it in person. Also advertised on their website were special APR promotional rates that did not exist. This is pretty typical of the industry unfortunately. That being said, the sales staff were very courteous and did not waste my time when I wanted to talk numbers on a bike I was interested in. They were upfront about dealer fees and taxes. The service department was also helpful and professional as well. *based on their response to my minor gripe I increased my rating from 3 to 4. Polish up your outdated website guys!!

Check Yelp for other bad reviews before shopping here. They are Iiars and thiefs, cheats, and no morals. I aquired an 05 Yamah GP1300 witeh 34 Hours Purchased from the Dupage crooks. It blew up at 37 hours. . I iFound out it had a second rate rebuilt motor after taking it to a another dealer. I got TAKEN. Dupage said we dont sell rebuilt motors. Sorry we sold it as is. You should have bought the warranty. 4900 I gave for the machine and it will cost 5500 to fix it. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS with no MORALS. I completely out. Angry Rippd off. No legal recourse. Dupage just doesnt care.

I just bought my first motorcycle from DuPage Honda, and I could not be happier. It was a pre-owned Honda 750cc in great shape, and they offered it at a great price. They were very helpful with finding the right bike for me, and even went out of their way to help me feel more comfortable with riding by giving me tips and advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is just starting out or who has been riding for years. They know what they are doing and have a great selection available.

Called ahead of time to see how much a tire would cost to get switched out. I took the rear wheel off of my CBR and brought it up there along with new tire. They told me $44 to switch out tires and anything extra would just be a wheel weight at the price of $1.30. When I came to pick up the tire the total cost was $65, they said I needed a wheel weight at the cost of $7, plus they added more labor on to it becuase of that. These people are scammers. Avoid this place

Very ignorant people, wanted to buy a new 2015 super tendered, sales guy said he needs to get at least 14,900 for it, after I said I think I can get a better deal somewhere else, he started ignoring me. They act like I should be great full that they are there for me. Ignorance at its best, will never go back there. BTW, I did buy a new super tenere for $3000 less than what they wanted for it.

Was there with my buddy today when he was buying his first bike. They literally went way out of their way to accommodate him. Got a great bike at a great price with excellent service. Im impressed! I dont usually write reviews but they earned this one for sure. Other dealers can take notes from these guys, this is how you get repeat customers. I highly recommend dupage honda yamaha!

I recently bought a FZ-07 here and have to say it was one of the most painless vehicle purchases I have ever made. Literally no pressure in the sale, Robert took his time with me even though they were packed with customers for the Yamaha Test Ride event. I put my deposit down and they delivered the bike to me a few days later. Ill definitely be going back when its time to upgrade...

Had a little difficulty scheduling them to pick up my bike for service. After that though, customer service was great from the service and parts depts. They kept in touch and catered to my questions/worries as a newer rider, did a great job on the mechanics and price was reasonable. Overall I was very happy with the service dept and also bought some gear there.

My experience with their repair staff has been great. My Craftsman mower has aHonda engine and their team fixed an annoying carburetor problem. Also one time I brought it there because it was making a racket and they fixed it while I watched and didnt charge me anything. "Just a loose bolt" they said--no need to charge me!

Very friendly shop and easy to work with. I recently got into an accident(not my fault) and they took good care of my motorcycle. A few issues related to the accident have came up and they took care of it immediately every time. I would not hesitate to do business or have my vehicle serviced at Dupage Honda Yamaha again.

I had my FZ-8 looked over here after someone knocked it over in a parking lot and the guys here were a great help in estimating the damage. Theyre down to earth and very responsive for the amount of bikes going through the shop. I ended up getting just a limited amount fixed on the bike, but they did great work.

Just walked, nobody except one guy at a desk asked, whats up, and I asked if they carried a certain mod and he says, this is a Honda Yamaha, we dont have those, and that was it, he didnt even ask or help me find anything I was looking for so I walked out because no one was willing to actually help

Ive wipe the dirt bike in my new sport bike from them. They have always treated me with respect and even gave me a free oil change on my dirtbike when I brought it in for maintenance. Whenever I have an issue with either of the bikes theyre the first ones to help I highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible parts department. Explained exactly what I needed, gave them a part number off a diagram, and the factory part number and they still ordered the wrong thing! Called back later and they refused to do anything about it. I will NEVER order anything from here again!

Was buying bike. Service was ok until the boss and his employee tried to steal my $200. Counted in front of me. Went in back came out asked if I took 200. These people are theirs. Avoid at all cost. Id pay double for a bike but would never go here. Ever.
