If i was able to rate Zachos with 10 stars i would. The first time i took my bike in for service because it needed a new rear tire, i was told that they didnt have any openings till like the following week, bummer. But the story doesnt stop there Ashley and Andrew were able to work their magic and get me in the same day and back out on the road, even got me a killer deal on my tire. OK so now comes the Second time i need a new tire because it went flat while driving ( sooo freeking scary) i was updated monday morning that i would be in fact be having 2 tires put on and that i would be able to pick my bike up on wednesday or thursday at the latest. i was so happy because i was orginally told that they were booked out for like the next 2 weeks - nooooooo. again Ashley and Andrew worked their magic and were able to have me back on the road in lightning time!!! even did my headlamp adjustment for me while my bike was there. now today i noticed that they also changed out the valve stems to the awesome 90degree angle ones.. duddddeeee.. YOU GUYS ALL ROCK!!! I will totally be bringing my bike back for service and referring anyone i know to come there. All i can say is thank you for doing all you do and going above and beyond. A very happy customer :)))

Excellent customer service & employees!! First time going there & Taylor (I believe is her name) the front receptionist, was still nice & humble when I asked her dumb questions like "Wheres the service department?" (which was behind her with a big sign) or "Where can I park?" Then before I dropped off my boat, the service department explained how the process worked, what theyll check on & what I can expect from them. They definitely wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. After diagnosing my boat, they explained why it would cost this much to service the boat & what I can do in the future to prevent it from happening again. Once again they wanted to make sure I knew what was going on with my boat and you could tell they really cared for boats. When I went to the parts department, practically immediately one of the reps asked what I was looking for & if they could help. I told them I needed oil but after being too vague, the rep explained what each type of oil is used & why its important for a certain application. I cant say anything about the sales department because I didnt deal with any of them but the people at Zachos Sports Center really care & are knowledgeable about boats. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive there everytime.

Recently bought a 1995 DR650 from Zachos here. My salesmen was Nate who Id highly recommend for motorcycle related purchases as he is extremely experienced in the subject. After purchasing my bike, being that its 21 years old I had an electrical issue. I worked with Andrew in the service department on this repair. Andrew was extremely helpful and worked with me on the repair as I had recently purchased the bike. The bike was repaired for me free of charge and has been wonderful ever since. I would highly recommend Zachos for all your powersports needs. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into powersports, or someone who is looking for a reliable shop to fix there current machines.

This place is the worst. Several years ago my dad paid them to winterize, shrink wrap, and store his boat over the winter. Turns out they skipped the shrink wrap and just left it in their yard all winter. It was full of water and damaged come spring. I frequently need parts for my toys and need to go there due to lack of alternatives. Their employees not only lack knowledge, but are also extremely arrogant towards anyone who is young and doesnt have the money to buy brand new boats and such. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

I was having trouble with a connector on my gas line for my outboard. I brought the connecter into Zacho for a new one. The connector the sales representative gave me cost $15 and popped right off when I tried it out at the store. It was the wrong connector, but they would not allow me to return it or get my money back because it was considered to be "used" at that point. Bought the proper connector at Farm and Fleet for about $5. Highly overpriced for all services and products. Shady company and return policy.

Took my atv in to get the bearings changed. They decided to do several things without even a call to ask me. They went through a full diagnostic of the machine, changed the oil (which I had just done myself), and wanted to keep going after I contacted them to see if they were done a week later. They charged me for the services I didnt ask for over $500 to get my bearings changed. I would never bring my machine back there again. The 01 Honda is only worth $1500 do what I ask for!

I spent time with sales rep Nathan H., what an awesome young man. HE made the sale, very informative and knowledgeable. As a female buying an ATV i run into arrogant salesmen who dont want to deal with women and will talk as if Im not relevant. Nate treated me with all due respect, and looked at me when he answered my questions. The other staff was also great to work with. I highly recommend Zachos!! Especially because it was NOT a high pressure sale.

A big thank you to Neil and Andrew at the Powersports store and the staff. They had a great display at the flood run this year! I bought a motorcycle from them last year. They made it one of the easiest purchases Ive ever made. I added many extras on it and they were very price competitive. I had some issues this spring they had me up and running within one day great job guys! I will be back for any of my parts or service needs.

Stopped in knowing what i wanted, and was immediately helped by the exceptionally knowledgeable and personable staff. It was truly a pleasure buying from this dealership! They answered all my questions, made the entire process extremely easy, and were very timely in acquiring the bike and installing the exhaust I wanted. I have never received better customer service AND more-than-reasonable prices at any other dealership!

Just bought a new 16 yz 250F and if was very easy and my sales man andy golden did an amazing job. They knew what they were talking about and they made sure they did everything they could to make my buying experience the best it could possibly be. Had Parts on order and was contacted as soon as they showed up! Great customer service! with for sure be continuing to do business with them!

I stopped in the other day to take a look around. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Their prices on used bikes were very reasonable, cheaper than the online price. They also host a Thursday evening ride when the weather is good (everyone is welcome if they have 2 wheels). -Update: I ended up buying a used harley from here. Great price, and absolutely no complaints
