I cant say enough good things about Scott and his staff, everyone was very pleasant, Scott and his wife went out of their way to make me feel welcomed while repairs were being done to my Slingshot, they even helped me with an issue I had with an aftermarket accessory that i purchased elsewhere which was above and beyond what they were required, thanks Scott for helping me get home in one piece! They have earned my business from now on even though they are 2hrs away from my house, I wish other dealers would learn to treat customers this way.

Every time we or others have dealt with the balder biker looking sales guy hes been terribly rude. Have heard this from co-workers as well. Hes been hurting theyre sales for some years now. Many including I go out of our way and make the drive to Airtech or order online. The gal that answers the phone is ALWAYS rude too if you ask for the service deptmnt. Cant believe they have allowed this to continue for so long!

Lots of interior improvents over the summer make Sport Rider a very fun powersports store to shop. Everyone is friendly and Adam really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable in your vehicle purchase. Felt no pressure and like they really wanted to make sure I understood everything before leaving with my new ATV. Highly recommend!

From Superior and drove 3 hours to Sport Rider in Altoona. Staff was awesome and they gave me a great cash deal on two machines. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used unit. Worth the drive!! Thanks Sport Rider!!!

Really a disappointing experience. Spent over $10,000 on a Ranger. Very poor communication on warranty and extended warranty. Paperwork was not thoroughly reviewed. Recommend taking a drive into the Twin Cities or up to Lakeland Power Sports before visiting this store.

My friend bought a used bike from them today ( best price around). The salesman was super nice and threw in a helmet and gloves because my friend didnt have any. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a new or used motorcycle.
