My experience with Capital Motor Company was excellent. It began when I discovered an Audi in their online inventory that I was very interested in viewing. The price was very competitive but I needed a solid offer on my trade-in to make it worthwhile. I sent an email inquiry and received a response from Chris who promptly got me my trade-in range, pending inspection. I drove out today to test-drive the Audi, and was very impressed. Not only was the car well-represented, but Chris low-pressure approach and calm demeanor was extremely refreshing. After we test drove each others vehicles, Chris came back with what I felt was an extremely fair trade-in offer. Paperwork was a breeze and he was very respectful of my time, which I truly appreciated. All in all, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Ive never been "loyal" to car dealers, but I fully intend to check with Capital Motor Company before making my next vehicle purchase. Anyone reading this should sincerely consider doing the same.

I have a 2004 BMW 330 CI convertible. Heading to Duluth on HWY 53 almost an hour north of Eau Claire I heard a clink and saw a piece of metal pop up behind the car. Pulled over. Was unsure what was wrong, Tried again and seriously burned rubber. We called Capital Motors and Joe the owner answered. He came with the Jerry Dan personally and brought us back to the shop. His technician assessed the impact to the car, was able to find one tire in the shop that matched the odd size needed and put us back on the road. We greatly enjoyed our conversation with Joe on the return. You will never see a cleaner tow truck interior!! Because of that effort we were able to attend a wedding reception that day. Big thank you to Joe personally and the staff we met.

If you buy online, in person,over the phone, locally or out of state you will ALWAYS receive word class service! Not your typical dealership experience. There was no pressure, I was able to make appointments for only the cars I had interest in, and was able to make a decision without a typical salesman pitch. They carry an excellent selection of quality cars and provide top notch service. I was given a fair trade in value on my car and purchased an excellent replacement. Bought a car from them 2011 BMW and they lied to me about that it was never in a car accident. I just got rid of the car because it had nothing but problems printed out another car fax on it instead of auto mart that they used to cover there ass. You legally have to tell people if it was ever in an accident and the fact they lied right to my face wow. Real professional I wouldnt trust this place at all.

Our experience with Capitol motors was excellent. We showed up unannounced as we didnt know they only do test drives by appointment, but they were more than accommodating for us by taking out the time to explain some of the vehicles features and letting us take it out for a spin.
