I was out of town from michigan on my motorcycle to visit family when i noticed dry rot tears between the tread, got a ride here they told me well you need to take it to that building, by the way i was standing at the tire counter, so i went to the other building guy said the mechanic was at lunch so it would take about an hour, i figured ok, ill look around, came back just over an hour later only to find my tire sitting next to the counter, not even touched, they guy say oh man i forgot to give it to them, then didnt have the right tube, and told me the tube should still be good, its the original tube from 2002 with just over 14,000 miles, then took another 40 to actually change the tire, said he can get a tube in a week or two, i again reminded him i was from michigan, he just looked at me, i never will return to this place, not even for accessories, this is definatly a STEALERSHIP, also no discount or anything, verry poorly ran.

Very disappointed on services I got my side by side about a month ago was promised gun rack got that and alomanum rims they didnt have that write then so I came back and they told me what I wanted to here so I left they said they would call me back never did till I posted on there Facebook page how disappointed I was then I was told there not giving me the rims that that wasnt in the deal so a warning to all buyers get what you are promised before you leave and sign the papers very dissatisfied.

I drove 3 hours to buy my Polaris from them because of their selection and prices. It was a big difference from my local dealer who has a take it or leave it attitude. I will tell everyone it is worth the drive to see these guys in searcy.

Called an told em where I was coming from, they said theyd be here at 6, hurried up an got there at 6 on the dot an they done locked the doors!! Point is they knew i was on my way to them. Apparently they dont care about their customers.
