We tried the Sleep Broker for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We purchased a king size bed set w/frame and bunk beds with mattresses for our little boys. We received great service from them I was at first a little hesitant because the price is hundreds to thousands less than regular furniture stores. So, I thought it was "too good to be true." Well, the sleep broker delivered not only good quality products, but also took quite good care of us. The mattresses for our bunk beds ended up coming in a few days later than anticipated from the manufacturer, which really was not their fault. Because it was late they took care of us quite well by delivering our mattresses at our convenience, not their convenience like most companies would have, and even better gave us the delivery for free and a couple water proof bed pads to go with the mattresses. Daniel made it very clear that he really valued us as customers as well. They really did go above and beyond to make us happy and keep us as customers. Our next furniture purchase will definitely only be through them. Thank you so much Daniel for such a great experience, taking good care of us, and we will see you next year because we will be ready to buy a new couch :)

A few months ago moved out on my own for the first time since my divorce and I had literally nothing. My budget was tight and i was sure that my son and I would be rationing out purchases for at least a year. We went through all that Vacaville has to offer in terms of furniture and found that prices were sky high and the pressure to buy was daunting and unnecessary. It was like shopping for a car the way I was being followed through stores and micro managed. Then we went to Hello! Furniture. I spoke with two amazing ladies, Shannon and Roberta, and both of them were not only genuine and relatable to my situation, but completely laid back and thoughtful. I didnt get the feeling they were hungry for commission and Roberta was able to help me get almost everything I needed in one stop without surpassing my budget. It has been a couple of months and I still LOVE my buys. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Just purchased my second mattress from Ryan over at the sleep broker! I really appreciate the 1 on 1 time you get to spend with the salesman by making a appointment to go visit them. Ryan has always been great to me and very little sales pressure. I am a sucker for a simmons beautyrest product and I havent found anyone in the area that can touch his prices on a set yet. I would recommend checking them out before you buy from anywhere else in the area. The first time I went in the appointment only thing wasnt the most convenient thing compared to the box stores but he booked it around my schedule to make it easier for me and the savings were well worth my time. If I had an option I would give this place Zero Stars. They do not ever answer the phone or respond back when you email them multiple times. We wanted to buy a few items from there and had some questions but no one would respond to calls or emails. I cannot imagine if we ordered and something went wrong and we needed to contact them what would happen. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. PAY MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN AT LEAST TALK TO SOMEONE WHO CARES.

Me and the GF just got a BRAND NEW, memory foam king sized bed with memory foam pillow top, and box springs for under 700 dollars. The normal retail price for this brand of mattress is around 2,300 dollars. Steve cut us an even better deal for being military and offered me no tax. Regardless if youre military or not go to this place, they offer the best deals around. Trust me, I went to every mattress/furniture store in Vacaville, nothing came close!!

This place is awesome! Absolute best experience I have ever had buying furniture. Great prices, the sales people are not pushy whatsoever (because they arent commission based like most other places), and the purchase process was fast and they dont want unnecessary information so they can call and haggle you later. Definitely will be going here whenever I need to buy furniture again.

This place is awesome! The furniture is the same stuff they sell at the Ashley store for almost half the price! The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly and this place is always packed. If you have not checked out this store I strongly recommend that you do if your looking for good furniture at a cheap price!

Representatives never spoke when I walked in, I walked around for about 5 minutes before someone approached me. Even when I purchased the sectional there was no welcoming feeling, that are only worried about making money.

The gentleman Steve was very informative. He thought me a lot about the mattress that we purchased. I would highly recommend this place. The only down side is that I live in the Bay and it is a little far.
