Absolutely awful, rude service. I told the salesman I needed a computer desk and he asked what size. I didnt know exactly what size I wanted, I figured Id look at a few and find one that seemed comfortable, so I told him I wasnt sure. He immediately seemed to get annoyed at me and told me "I cant do my job if you dont know what you want." After he showed me a few that were already assembled I told him I needed one that I could assemble so I could transport it. I asked him how difficult they are to assemble and he again got annoyed at me, telling me "How should I know, theyre easy to me, I put together 20 a day." He then told me that if I wanted new ones with instructions on how to put them together it would probably be triple the price. I mentioned that I could probably find one for a fraction of that at Ikea, at which point he essentially told me to get out of the store (which incidentally was the only good advice he gave me). Went to Ikea instead, didnt spend a fortune, and Im very happy with it.

I walked in and walked out 20 minutes later with a used office chair I absolutely love. The price was totally fair and the owner personally helped me like I was the most important person in the world to him. They sell quality stuff. If you want cheap stuff and cheap prices, go to Office Depot or one of the other chains. Everything I was shown and saw was quality stuff. Still, everything was fairly priced. Desk Depot is the kind of locally-owned business that doesnt need to pull on peoples heartstrings to get people to shop them. What they offer is fairly priced and quality, plus you get the individual attention only a locally-owned business can provide. I wouldnt hesitate to shop them again or to recommend friends/family do the same.

What a great experience. We were able to get a custom made desk, and at a great price! I couldnt be happier. Richard was so incredibly helpful. My husband and I didnt exactly know what we wanted. We showed Richard pictures, drew the room out for him, etc. He was passionate and took his time to listen and show us around to let us look at options. You think of it, and they will create it. The place is filled with options. I wouldnt believe it if someone left saying that couldnt find what they were looking for. Overall, GREAT experience.

This place fills a very specific role: providing office furniture. I went in expecting to compromise, but got a custom-designed desk which fits my space perfectly at a very low cost. I also got a very nice used computer chair here for a song. I was the only one in the shop; they seem mostly to deal with businesses by phone. But they were very helpful and attentive nevertheless. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

Okay, so I found the same chair I bought here much cheaper on the internet (including shipping) afterwards, and that stung. But in general, I have no complaints. Pretty good selection, reasonable prices, and very friendly and helpful service. And it was nice to get my chair all assembled and ready to throw in my car :)

Great selection of secondhand office furniture. (If youre wondering what happens to the desks from local startups when they go under, look no further.) The prices arent as good as I would expect from a secondhand furniture store though. Most things are only a few bucks cheaper than they would be on Amazon.
