This Williams Sonoma location is ground zero for wealthy Los Gatos foodies to congregate and shop for gorgeous high-end kitchen gadgetry, flatware, Shun knives and other fun stuff. While this shop is richly decorated, the aisles between merchandise are quite narrow. As you can expect, this makes for a crowded (but polite) scrum on weekends. The friendly clerks roam the aisles, and are always very proactive in making sure that your questions are answered - a mark of responsive customer service.

I think this is the largest William Sonoma in the south bay. They are fully stocked with a variety of kitchen/home supplies. They also have a large selection of books on sale. The employees were very helpful when I asked a question. During Christmas time, they wrap your gift at no cost (complimentary).

Weve been to this store many times in the past 5-7 years. The customer service is always top notch (and of course they have high quality products). I found Kaitlin Brown to be particular very helpful on one occasion when we wanted to price match an expensive purchase.

Pricey, but has a gigantic variety of high quality cooking and dining goods. I like their samples and hope to someday take one of their offered cooking classes. The store is clean, well organized, and has beautiful displays.
