I purchased a Sealy Icomfort bed about 45 days ago. It turns out the mattress is to firm for me. I went in to the store last night and the manager happened to be in. I wasnt in the best of moods when I came in after working all day and not sleeping well. I filled her in on the issues I seemed to be having and she told me since I was a side sleeper that I most likely wouldnt be comfortable on a firmer mattress. She gave me a few recommendations on mattresses and had me sample a few others. I finally decided that I really liked the hybrid beds. I believe the one I chose was a Beautyrest. The customer service and patience she showed me was above and beyond great. For the pure and simple fact that she was so wonderful they have a customer for life and I will tell anyone who wants to know that they should definitely go to the Westgate location! Teighler Elkins was a fantastic help. I came in to find a replacement guest bed and she answered every question that I had about the beds I was deciding on.
