Twenty minutes before close, I ran in to buy a bag of dog food. I knew exactly what I needed, and where it was located. I grabbed the bag and headed straight to the register. As I stood at the counter (the only one there), the cashier simply continued texting. I looked at the cashier at the other register, just to be sure that she was the open register, since she was defiantly declining to recognize my existence. A few minutes later, she scans the bag and says "thatll be $6,023", as if making a joke, but with the rudest tone Ive ever been spoken to in. Then she proceeds to lean across the counter and resume texting. I paid using the credit card authorization, and as she hands me the receipt she says to me "thanks for being rude!" I was aghast! It was fifteen minutes until close, there were a number of other customers shopping in the store as I entered, as I shopped, and as I left, but she had the audacity to say that to a customer?! On top of how she behaved?!? I said to her, "I thought this was a business, and I am a paying customer", to which she just turned her back to me. I excited the store, put the food in my car, and then decided I was going to ask her name, as her Store Manager and company should know what kind of people are representing their brand, and what kind of service they are providing their guests. She said her name was Debra, though she had no name tag, so who knows if that is even true. She had blonde hair, a medium build, a baby pink phone cover, and was closing register number one. I see that this store has absolutely horrible service ratings. Perhaps you should take a hard look at the people whom you employ. The simple truth that this young lady was more than comfortable making an unprovoked, out of line, confrontational statement such as that, in addition to the defiant texting, speaks volumes of both the staff, and the management. I own and operate a restaurant in town. My staff is trained to treat the last customer like the first, and that every paying customer keeps food on our own tables. If she were my employee, I would fire her on the spot if I were to learn of behavior like that, and possibly anyone else that allowed it!

I should have read the reviews because they are true. Receptionist are horrible. After my appointment the Vet told her to schedule my dogs for a dental cleaning, she didnt. When they called to check on dogs the next day I explained that they failed to make the appt so she scheduled them for today and told me the procedures. I left work early and rushed over for them to tell me I have nothing scheduled and next appt is a month away. Keep in mind that my dogs leg is bothering him and instead of the Vet thoroughly looking at it she said she was going to wait until he was under anesthesia. She prescribed pain pills like thats going to solve the problem. Hes not whining and he does everything on the leg but he hops to avoid running on it. Now I have to drive on other side of town just to get hopefully more descent help. Banfield is a joke and i may as well pay a Vet as I go and save more money. I pay $70+ a month for each dog and rarely go and this is the service I receive. Plus I still have to pay extra if they need meds, xrays or something. Ive been wasting money for 3 years now.

Really pleased with my two cats grooming appointment with Marlene today. She got all the mattes out their fur, they smell better than ever, and theyre both SO SOFT. One of my cats gave her a little trouble, but Marlene did everything she could to make sure he didnt get too stressed, still while getting the job done. She even gave the him a waterless bath, which in my opinion, had practically the same results as my other cat who had a regular bath. I also love how Marlene communicated everything she was going to do, as well as everything she did after the fact, even as well as noting any of the cats behavior (good or bad) and overall how the cats did. She was so good with them, and I could tell that she really loves cats! They were super content when I got home, and not even bothered one bit by their experience. I also appreciate that they do the cat appointments early in the morning to avoid them coming into too much contact with dogs. If you have a cat that needs grooming or needs to be de-matted or just needs a really good bath, make an appointment with Marlene!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Ive never seen such poor customer service. Ive had my Aussie groomed there before without them checking my vaccines. Let me add in, he WAS NOT groomed at all and they were abusive towards him. He came back with a swollen paw and smelled just as he did when I dropped him off. Teeth were not brushed. Was not given a bandana. Nails were not trimmed. Today I took my 4 month old GSD in. They refused to groom her since she had yet to get rabies. She turned four months old YESTERDAY. Blonde lady at the desk was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. Used a very derogatory tone of speech. Let me add in that their training classes are horrible. Packed and the training area is FILTHY. Ive smelled such a foul smell. Trainer Elle is not educated in any proper techniques and just blabs about her own dogs the entire session. A lot of the dogs are aggressive in the classes as well. I will NEVER recommend this petsmart location to anyone. Youre better off bathing your dogs in mud.

Dont waste your money on the anti shedding bath they offer, two days later and my dog was back to shedding just as badly as before. Judging by the fact that there was dried feces on my dogs rear-end Im going to assume that the anal gland expulsion was not performed even though it was listed. Took 4 and a half hours for my dog to be finished grooming, when I made the appointment online it said that he would be done at 11:30 (dropped him off at 9:30), came at 12:15 to check if he was done and they told me it would be another hour, the employee then proceeded to go outside and take a break (which is not a problem but if I had known it would have taken so long I would have made the appointment for a different time.) They did a great job on his nails and he smelled delicious, but again was disappointed I spent 55 dollars for him to shed just as badly as before. Would recommend going when they arent so busy, or going somewhere else entirely.

Returned a 60 gallon, rocks, fish and accessories bought from the citadel crossing store here. The manager Cassidy informed us about the tank waiting period the other store never told us about. She told us how to make the tank a home for the many fish. How to clean and prepare the tank. She helped us find exact exchanges for the tank, heater, gravel, filter and refunded the other accessories and fish. The fish that were still injured, she put the in the recue tank, I didnt know that existed!! She handled everything quickly, answered every question, fixed every issue, and really helped us to stop panicking even though it was an huge job to clean everything, she exchanged it all. This store is better for having her, and we will shop there for pets in the future!!!
