Steadfast Springers

Unfortunately they are ATLEAST 20% more expensive than your mom and pop supply stores. I have never had such awful customer service, especially from Maggie. The other girls are atleast nice but she is just fowl. Since their old team left it seems customer service is a last priority...or maybe it is because every time I have gone in there with a puppy, they offer me their terrible dog training. Trust me go to Pet Club, Walkers, the golden mill, murdochs, Ted Terroux...anywhere but here!

Purchased ID tags for my dogs. Asked to exchange after the IDs came out wrong. People working there were very rude about my request and I wasnt able to return or exchange anything. Customer service is non existent.

This Petco is consistently among my favorite pet supply stores based on the staff alone. The manager is exceptional and aware of customer loyalty, and the whole pet services department always goes above and beyond.
