We live in a melting pot - our country.... we have our smart phones, and in many cases we have so many solutions that its hard to remember what the problem even really was!!! The world can become overwhelming, confusing, stressful, etc. and than we have our pets... and isnt it something- those moments with our beloved pets can filter so much... The other day I sat with my dog on the porch, and as she layed there in total bliss, eyes closed, absorbing those rays of sunshine... i thought to myself... " shes really liking what shes doing" ... its not like she has an agenda, she wasnt laying there to stir my actions or mind set ( in fact I dont think she cared the slightest about what I thought about it), she was just doing what felt good to her.. following that situation, I couldnt help but think... What a SMART being.. (dog) ... what a SMART concept, doing something that feels good for yourself... My dog outsmarted me... without even trying .. I can honestly say- sometimes my pets not only outsmart me, they remind me of the importance of loyalty, compassion, patience, mostly LOVE and CO -existence... This is a great location and a great staff.. You guys do a great job and I enjoy every visit... the "dumbest" experience I had at this store is when I didnt donate at least a dollar to the charity you guys sponcer, and that was on me! Keep up with your hard work guys!!

I bought a 65 gallon tank combo & all my decorations at this location. Come back, buy all my mollies, pictus & plecos from them, & all the fish they sold me were sick. Im new to this, asked for all their advice but then they turn around & sell me sick fish. Luckily a friend of mine who has 4 aquariums spotted the problem when he saw the tank a week or so after I added the fish. Lost my receipt so Im now screwed... 6 weeks later & half the fish survived! I went this Friday to tell them & one of the employees told me their manager keeps buying/stocking sick fish but refuses to listen to any of them. On top of everything, I never get reminders from Banfield for my dogs appointments although I asked for them & I constantly get wrong info for my account which Ive fixed twice already, but stuck with them for a year. This is sad to say, but DO NOT buy any animals from this location!

First off, the staff were dumb as rocks. I could ask a simple question and get a wrong answer. These people dont know anything about pets. PetSmart? More like PetStupid. A three year old that just watch a documentary on pets could be more helpful then these workers. Me and three of my roommates went in with the interest of adopting a cat in memorie of our friend. Took an hours to get the worker to finally help us fill out our application for the cat. The next day, they call my friend saying that we got denied because we were so called "obnoxious". Another reason we were denied is because we werent 21. Even though we never put our age on our application. We are all 21 and 22 so I dont know where they got false information. All in all, fuxk petsmart. Bunch of a$$wholes. P.S. the cat food tasted pretty good...

Made an appointment for 7 am and arrived early. Was told it would be 3 hours before she would be done. After 3 and a half hours i went to check on the status of my dog and they had not even touched her. My dog is 13 years old and she was kept in a kennel this whole time. When we asked for a manager, she was very rude and short with us we were told they were doing the best they could. They were very uncaring or even concerned about how they treated our dog. We immediately took our dog and left. This was very cruel treatment on their part. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. We will be contacting the general manager of this store and their corporate office concerning this matter. Please dont subject your pet to this kind of treatment.

2 stars because COLLEEN employee at register we were at, rushed us was not polite, was Rude. We go to make a tag at the kiosk. I look over at her register she is so nice and polite to the Caucasian with the husky giving it treats which is nice but ignored our puppy. I dont know maybe it was our young tattoo appearance just goes to show who the real bigot is. Everyone else is very helpful and kind. We wont be going back there if COLLEEN is still there. Bye Felicia....

Had an emergency with my dog & saw the animal hospital inside was still open (Saturday evening) so I went over & the lady at the desk was rude , they didnt want to see my dog because he hadnt been there before, and walk ins are NOT welcome receptionist said they go by appointment only. My dog was literally dying in my arms & they wanted me to come back in four days. Whats the point of an animal hospital if you cant even get in, Dont waste your time.

I must say, out of all the petsmarts Ive been to in the area this one is by far the cleanest and nicest. Ive brought my dogs in quite a few times to get them groomed and I have come to love the way Tia grooms my animals. She is always persistent and she always makes sure everything is done diligently and to customer satisfaction. As of late, I have recommended all my other friends to come and bring their pets to the petsmart in Northglenn.

Do not use these groomers!!! Took our puppy here for her first grooming. She came back with a bald spot around her neck where she had been chained, and what has turned into a lifelong aggression toward anyone but us touching her feet. She now has to be sedated to visit the vet because our Petsmart grooming visit traumatized her so much. We will pay extra vet costs for this for the rest of her life. Keep your pets away!!

This is the third time I have taken my 8 month old puppy here to get a nail trim. The groomers are so rude! This is the last time I am taking him here, they didnt even finish the job because they said they couldnt handle him, but thats what you are trained to do! We also have training with him here and I wish I could stop going but I already payed over $100

Took my dog to get groomed on Sunday, with an appointment it still took 4 hours which is a joke. I got a message saying my dog was done and went to get her they then informed me it would be another hour. Even after her grooming I was able to get handfuls of fur off of her and I will never take her back here again.

DO NOT take your dog here. We took our dog for 3 days and ever since she has been really jumpy and scared around strangers, which she has never been before. I am not sure what they did but they did something to my dog.

Had only one check out person while 3 other customers waiting. The item we bought did not have a price tag and many of the items viewed didt have price tags on them. Would not recommend this PetSmart.
