Ive used this location a few times to wash my dog myself and get him some fun stuff. Store is clean, self wash supplies are lacking. The people there have always been friendly. However the last time we took my dog in to be professionally groomed will be the last time we visit. I paid $50 to have him brushed, trimmed, teeth brushed and nails trimmed. He came out smelling fantastic so we took him home. Upon closer inspection we found no one had cut his nails, nor brushed his teeth. He had 3 or 4 mats (dreadlocks) on his legs and tail, so on and so forth. So I paid, ultimately, I paid $50 to have him bathed. Which I could have done myself, there, for $12. Disapointed.

picked up our doodle only to be told that they spent 2 1/2 hours on him because he was matted (the girl that took him in said it was only under his ears) and the groomer who originally worked on him had to go home from how long it took him. Then the lady proceeded to tell us that she then had to take over and was clearly extremely upset that she had to do her job. We apologized & told her that this rain and late snow has really not helped us keep his poodle hair untangled (thus bringing him in to get groomed) She told us because you are being so "receptive" she was going to give us $10 off. Never bringing him here again, dont need to shame the customer.

Wow very upsetting visit today.. walked in with three dogs needing new sweaters we just moved here from ohio . Seen a sign that read 50% off all sweaters found three took up to counter and was told they were full price. When i told them about the sign they said it was miss leading due to last yrs sweaters . How do i know which are last yrs?? When talking to manager Patti she was no help!! Walked out of store with no sweaters for my dogs. First impressions are worth it all. Never going back. If there was a zero yo rate this store i would!!!!

This location was quite surprising, from the outside it is an unassuming stripmall-esk line of shops but once you go inside (as a pet owner) it was mind blowing. This location has all assortments of pet products, toys, treats, training supplies and more. If your a pet lover or someone looking to find a new companion, this is the place for you.

Went in to use the self service pet wash it was $10 which included shampoo and conditioner, 3 towels and a apron to keep pet parents dry. Staff was super friendly, went out of their way to get to know my pup and give her treats. Found out this location has puppy play time twice a week and also puppy training.

Its a firday and they only have one groomer there. why??. I came in to get my dogs bum expressed which takes all of 5 min max and the lady at the informed me the 1 groomer they had there was booked all day. I get it, its friday at lunch, but really people only 1 groomer on a friday?! Smh.

Worst grooming experience weve ever had. They butchered our long haired chihuahuas haircut. One half of her face is longer than the other. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go to this Petco. They also tried to overcharge us and forgot to give us her collar back.

Rude. Wouldnt let me exchange a product and were arguing with me about why I couldnt return it when the reciept and the website said if I wasnt satisfied I could return it. Went to Petco on 120th and sheridan instead and they helped me out. I will never return to this location.

My wife and I love this place. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. We use the dog grooming and self wash station because it so easy and priced reasonably. We get our dogs food here as well and always enjoy stopping in. Definitely recommend!

I love this place! Smaller selection than a typical Petco, but way more conveniently located, and you dont have to spend four hours trying to find things. Their self wash tubs are an amazing deal at $10, too. Totally amazing place.

The supplied shampoo is a "puppy & kitten shampoo", but I think they water it down, otherwise its suuuuper cheap. Good for $10 self-wash, though I wish they had better quality shampoo for my dog, and a brush!
