The intial buying experience was great. But a year later after buying a nearly $25,000 brand new car...not so much. We got the lifetime warranty, free road side assistance! All the bells and whistles. Then i get stranded on a dirt road over an hour from home. No spare tire in my trunk. I was told there was and that road side assistance could have me on the road within 60 minutes or have my car towed to the nearest dealership. But what was in my trunk was fix it flat and a pump. Which pumped out if my tire and on the ground. So me being a diabetic i was stuck on this dirt road for over 12 hrs until road side assistance took my car and me to the nearest dealership that doesnt even stock tires. Yay!!! So naturally I call this dealership where I bought the car. Never get a return call. So I spend the next 2 weeks trying to get management to resolve this issue. Then yesterday my car wont crank. So the general manager and the "service and parts director" comes to get my vehicle and they leave another vehicle. Then Im called jusr 3 hrs later. We need the car we left you asap. Dont even bother to tell me about my car. So i go over there. Finally talk to the service and parts director. He is going to try and find a spare tire and jack for my car!!! Yay right? Wrong i left a negative review on their fb page. Guess you cant be honest. I get a call a few moments ago. And beyond rude doesnt describe what i was told. I was spoken to in ways a customer should never have to deal with. About an issue. Btw said car is only a year old and drinking oil like an alcoholic. Also battery was already bad. And it skips when i start it and navigation has a mind of its own. I was told Im immature for sharing this on Facebook. Why ask for feedback then? Guess only positive feedback is mature.

I bought my new Renegade with Kenny Snelgrove. He stayed in the budget I gave without being constantly reminded. UNDER budget actually so I am not stressing or doubting my purchase. I had to use the Hertz Rental place which is located inside. The district manager of Hertz was there and beyond helpful to me. Got me a brand new GMC pickup brought in from Savannah because I wasnt too happy with the car and SUV selection, though there wasnt anything wrong with them at all. I just needed a truck and he got me a great one.
